| 中文摘要: | 建筑装饰业是我国国民经济发展的重要组成部分之一,改革开放以来,我国建筑装饰业得到了飞速的发展,行业组织化程度逐渐提高,为我国经济发展和社会建设做出了突出贡献。我国建筑装饰行业从业公司众多,竞争比较充分。近年来,随着经济增长的放缓,基建投资和房地产投资增速减慢,建筑行业的增速也出现了回落。建筑业和房地产业进入稳定阶段也给建筑装饰行业带来了影响。前期建筑装饰行业为了配合产业链而高速发展、过度扩张,当前受到建筑业和房地产业资金链的影响,逐渐进入转型期。在建筑装饰行业竞争逐渐加剧的过程中,淘汰、整合成为不可避免的趋势。科技的进步,也使建筑装饰行业不断创新与发展,新材料、新技术、新工艺的应用不断涌现,有力推动了行业竞争格局的演变。基于以上原因,建筑装饰行业尤其是其中的中小企业面临的市场竞争压力也越来越大。因此,行业整体的发展和变化对建筑装饰企业提出了更高的要求。对于建筑装饰企业而言,在不影响质量和工期的前提下,进行科学合理的成本管理是提高利润的重要方式之一。在建筑装饰企业间竞争日益激烈的环境下,做好成本管理工作对企业的发展至关重要。 本文以建筑装饰企业T公司为研究对象,通过案例分析法、访谈调研法和文献分析法相结合的手段展开研究,希望能为T公司的项目成本管理工作提供建议。首先,本文结合成本管理相关理论及建筑装饰行业特点,对建筑装饰企业成本管理工作的内容和特点进行介绍。其次,本文介绍了T公司目前的主营业务内容及流程,并分析了T公司目前的项目成本管理现状、存在的问题及原因,主要包括不同项目成本管理水平差异大、项目成本预算工作不规范、目标成本的责任分解不明确、项目材料成本超支相对严重、项目管理协调不力等。再次,通过对问题的深入研究,本文探索出问题背后的原因。最后,根据分析的原因,对T公司的项目成本管理工作提出优化建议。这些建议涵盖了项目成本管理的全过程,包括构建全面成本管理体系、优化成本预算工作、优化材料采购管理及完善成本控制制度等。 | |
| 英文摘要: | The construction and decoration industry is an important component of China's national economy. Since the reform and opening up, the construction and decoration industry in China has achieved rapid development, and the degree of industry organization has gradually improved, making outstanding contributions to economic development. There are many companies engaged in the construction and decoration industry in China. In recent years, with the slowdown of economic growth, the growth rate of infrastructure investment and real estate investment has slowed down, and the growth rate of the construction industry has also declined. The stable stage of the construction and real estate industries also had an impact on the construction and decoration industry. In the early stage, the construction and decoration industry developed rapidly and expanded excessively. Currently, it is gradually entering a transformation period due to the influence of the construction and real estate industry's funding chain. In the process of gradually intensifying competition in the construction and decoration industry, elimination and integration have become an inevitable trend. The progress of technology has also led to continuous innovation and development in the construction decoration industry, and the application of new materials and technologies is constantly emerging. Based on the above reasons, the construction and decoration industry, especially small and medium-sized enterprises, is facing increasing market competition pressure. Therefore, the overall development and changes in the industry have put forward higher requirements for building decoration enterprises. For construction and decoration company, scientific and reasonable cost management is an important way to improve profits. In the increasingly competitive environment among construction and decoration enterprises, improving cost management is crucial for the development of enterprises. This article takes T Company, a building decoration company, as the research object, and conducts research through a combination of case analysis, interview research, and literature analysis, hoping to provide suggestions for T Company's cost management. Firstly, this article introduces the content and characteristics of cost management work in building decoration company based on the relevant theories of cost management and the characteristics of the building decoration industry. Secondly, this article introduces the current main business content and process of T Company, and analyzes the current project cost management problems and reasons. The main factors include significant differences in cost management levels among different projects, non-standard project cost budgeting work, unclear responsibility decomposition of target costs, relatively serious overspending of project material costs, and poor coordination of project management. Through in-depth research on these problems, this article explores the reasons behind the problem. Finally, based on the analyzed reasons, optimization suggestions are proposed for T Company's project cost management work. These suggestions cover the entire process of project cost management, including building a comprehensive cost management system, optimizing cost budgeting work, optimizing material procurement management, and improving cost control systems. | |
