中文摘要：	当前，社会化合作已经成为公共图书馆共同寻求的发展路径之一。在已有的实践中，社会力量参与公共图书馆建设已经发展出多样化的模式并取得了突出成效。信息资源建设是公共图书馆的核心业务，而信息技术快速发展、用户需求日新月异等背景下，我国公共图书馆信息资源建设面临着转型升级。 本研究针对社会力量参与公共图书馆信息资源建设开展。在研究中发现，虽然影响社会力量参与的因素很多，但总体上看内部因素大于外部因素，即是公共图书馆建设发展的需要。本研究通过问卷调查法收集公众及公共图书馆从业人员对社会力量参与公共图书馆信息资源建设的认知，发现社会力量参与在提升公共图书馆信息资源种类的丰富度和信息资源建设的特色化卓有成效，并且发现读者与图书馆从业人员对社会力量参与存在认知上的差异。关于参与形式，除过传统的捐献文献和参与信息资源采选外，公众在向公共图书馆贡献个性化知识和经验等方面也表现出强烈的意愿，如何吸纳更多个性化的知识参与信息资源建设也是公共图书馆未来的发展方向。社会力量参与，不仅可以提升公共图书馆信息资源的丰富度和多样性，更有助于公共图书馆数字化、智慧化转型，并为用户信息服务创新带来更多可能。但在社会力量参与的过程中，可能遇到信息缺乏统一标识而难以组织，主体认识存在矛盾，信息资源建设的主观化等问题，以及带来数据安全与隐私问题。 对此，本研究也提出完善法律制度保障、加强多元主体共识、提升参与形式的个性化、提升社会力量参与的广泛性、增强社会力量参与的可持续性等对策为未来社会力量参与公共图书馆信息资源建设提供参考。图2幅，表15个，参考文献85篇。
英文摘要：	Currently, socialized cooperation has become one of the common development paths sought by public libraries. In existing practice, the participation of social forces in the construction of public libraries has developed diversified models and achieved outstanding results. The construction of information resources is the core business of public libraries, and against the backdrop of rapid development of information technology and ever-changing user needs, the construction of information resources in public libraries in China is facing transformation and upgrading. This study focuses on the participation of social forces in the construction of public library information resources. In the study, it was found that although there are many factors that affect the participation of social forces, overall internal factors are greater than external factors, which is the need for the construction and development of public libraries. This study collected the cognition of the public and public library practitioners on the participation of social forces in the construction of public library information resources through questionnaire survey. It was found that social force participation is effective in improving the richness of public library information resources and the specialization of information resource construction. It was also found that there are cognitive differences between readers and library practitioners regarding social force participation. Regarding the forms of participation, in addition to traditional literature donation and information resource selection, the public has also shown a strong willingness to contribute personalized knowledge and experience to public libraries. How to absorb more personalized knowledge to participate in information resource construction is also the future development direction of public libraries. The participation of social forces can not only enhance the richness and diversity of public library information resources, but also contribute to the digital and intelligent transformation of public libraries, and bring more possibilities for user information service innovation. However, in the process of social forces participating, there may be problems such as the lack of unified identification of information and difficulty in organization, conflicts in subject understanding, subjectivity in information resource construction, as well as data security and privacy issues. In this regard, this study also proposes measures such as improving legal system protection, strengthening consensus among multiple subjects, enhancing the personalization of participation forms, enhancing the universality of social force participation, and enhancing the sustainability of social force participation, providing reference for future social forces to participate in the construction of public library information resources. 2 pictures,15 tables and 85 references.
