中文摘要:公共图书馆与学校都具有“育人”的共性。因此,在适应时代潮流的背景下,开展公共图书馆与学校之间的馆校合作势在必得,以期实现“文化育人”的未来愿景。中小学及幼儿园图书资源、经费、设备及人才等存在的不足,可通过与公共图书馆合作来解决。本文采用访谈法和问卷调查法对全国部分公共图书馆及中小学幼儿园进行调查。 第一部分从研究问题的缘起进行下笔,对本文的研究背景、研究意义、采用何种研究方法进行了介绍,表明馆校合作背景下少儿阅读推广的国内外研究现状和趋势;另外,阐述了研究方法、研究内容等。 第二部分为本文的理论基础部分。笔者综合了国内外学者对公共图书馆儿童阅读推广和馆校合作这两个方向的理论,界定少儿阅读推广、馆校合作等核心概念,让此次研究有所依据。 第三部分为本文的实证部分。笔者对馆方工作人员进行问卷调查,研究分析相应数据,以了解我国公共图书馆馆校合作阅读推广的现状;同时,通过访谈与馆校合作的馆方和校方工作人员,从公共图书馆角度出发,分析得出馆校合作阅读推广的影响因素;并对问卷和访谈结果进行总结讨论。 第四部分梳理分析目前国内优秀的馆校合作案例。本文选择福建省少年儿童图书馆和广州少年儿童图书馆为典型案例,剖析与归纳了两者的成功经验,为我国公共图书馆在馆校合作中进行少儿阅读推广工作提供了有益而又行之有效的参考。 第五部分为策略提出部分,针对目前存在的现实问题提出馆校合作少儿阅读推广的优化策略,推进馆校合作的纵深发展,并进行研究总结与展望。希望引起更多研究学者、图书馆和学校工作人员对馆校合作重要性的认识,以支持其长远的发展。 公共图书馆应与校方开展多种形式的合作,以提高读者的文化素质,并提高学校和公共图书馆的美誉度,创造双赢的局面。 
英文摘要:Both public libraries and schools share the commonality of "educating people". Therefore, against the background of the trend of the times, it is imperative to develop cooperation between public libraries and schools in order to realise the future vision of "cultural education". The deficiencies in library resources, funding, equipment and human resources in primary and secondary schools and kindergartens can be solved through co-operation with public libraries. This paper adopts the interview method and questionnaire method to investigate some public libraries and primary and secondary schools and kindergartens across the country. The first part of the research problem from the origin of the writing, the research background of this paper, the significance of the research, what research methods are used to introduce, indicating the cooperation between libraries and schools for children's reading promotion of the current status and trends of domestic and international research; in addition, the research methodology, the content of the study and the innovation points are described. The research significance of this paper is confirmed. The second part is the theoretical foundation of this paper. The author synthesises the theories of scholars at home and abroad on the two directions of children's reading promotion in public libraries and library-school cooperation, defines the core concepts of children's reading promotion and library-school cooperation, so that this research has a basis. The third part is the empirical part of this paper. The author conducts a questionnaire survey on the library staff, studies and analyses the corresponding data in order to understand the current situation in China's public libraries; at the same time, through interviews with the library and school staff who cooperate with libraries and schools, from the perspective of the public libraries, analyses and draws out the influencing factors of the cooperation between libraries and schools in reading promotion; and summarizes and discusses the results of the questionnaire and the interviews. The fourth part combs and analyses the excellent cases of library-school cooperation in China at present. This paper chooses Fujian Children's and Youth Library and Guangzhou Children's and Youth Library as typical cases, analyses and summarizes the successful experiences of the two, which provides useful and effective references for children's reading promotion in school-library cooperation in public libraries in China. The fifth part of the study is the strategy proposal part, which puts forward the optimisation strategy of cooperation between libraries and schools according to the existing practical problems, promotes the deep development of cooperation between libraries and schools, and summarises the study and outlook. It is hoped that more research scholars, libraries and school staff will be aroused to recognise the importance of library-school cooperation in order to support its long-term development. Public libraries should develop various forms of co-operation with schools in order to improve the cultural quality of readers, as well as to enhance the reputation of schools and public libraries, creating a win-win situation.
