| 中文摘要: | 2018年国务院提出中国经济从高速增长转向高质量发展,在新经济体制下的核心领域科研对科学家提出了新要求,即要求科学家将前沿科技成果产业化。在这一体制下,科学家创业成为连接技术发明、技术创新与新产品或新服务的重要桥梁之一,以科学家创业为代表的技术类创业活动正日益成为经济发展的引擎和重要推动力。我国高校与科研院所的科技成果转化率相对国际平均水平较低,提升科学家创业成功率是问题关键。 本文在机会—资源一体化模型与产品—市场—适应性理论基础上,结合工作与研究经验,提出了新的科学家创业关键路径的理论假设,以更适用于科学家以创办企业或衍生企业方式开展的创业活动。本文还结合上述理论的同时,对两个(G公司与T公司)处于创业过程中的科学家创业企业案例,通过管理层访谈、尽职调查等手段对创业活动进行分析,以找出科学家创业过程中的关键路径。 研究发现:科学家创业失败的关键路径在于准确识别创业机会;完成机会资源的内部与外部一体化转换;做好市场与产品、团队与产品间的互相结合。这是由于科学家创业者的资源禀赋通常强于一般创业者,在技术创新方面具有优势的同时容易对市场与营销产生忽视,进而导致产品与市场不匹配、产品与团队不匹配。研究还发现,科学家精神与企业家精神的矛盾会影响科学家创业决策,进而对创业活动造成巨大影响。本文研究对提高科学家创业成功率、提高我国知识产权转化率有一定的帮助。 | |
