中文摘要:小微企业为了生存和发展必须要进行不断的创新,尤其是商业模式的创新。现在的历史背景下,依靠单一产品越来越难取得竞争优势,越来越多的制造企业选择服务化转型的方式,实现商业模式的创新。而如何通过资源拼凑实现商业模式创新对小微企业具有现实意义。 针对上述问题,本文以小微企业Y公司为研究对象,运用单案例研究方法,通过访谈,内部调研等方式收集基础资料,研究小企业如何通过资源拼凑实现商业模式的创新和转型。本文使用Johnson四要素商业模式为分析工具,将Y公司分解成四个发展阶段,研究每个阶段商业模式的发展变化。发现Y公司商业模式的缺陷和问题。针对这些问题给出对策与解决方案。本文认为Y公司可以根据现有产品体系的梳理,有效的使用资源拼凑理论进行资源拼凑与优化配置,形成新的业务流程。得出Y公司要建立解决方案服务商业模式的结论和对策。 在工业时代4.0的大背景下,国家鼓励制造业向着智能化方向转型。而对智能制造案例研究的课题还相对较少,本文选取Y公司作为案例具有一定的时代意义和创新价值。本研究探讨了智能制造行业的小微企业如何通过资源拼凑实现商业模式创新,根据其自身特点建立解决方案式商业模式。对制造型小微企业获得新的竞争优势,真正实现服务化转型将具有现实意义。 
英文摘要:Small and micro enterprises must constantly innovate, especially in business models, in order to survive and develop. In the current historical context, relying on a single product is becoming increasingly difficult to gain competitive advantage, and more and more manufacturing enterprises are choosing service-oriented transformation to achieve innovation in their business models. How to achieve business model innovation through resource pooling has practical significance for small and micro enterprises. In response to the above issues, this thesis takes Y Company, a small and micro enterprise, as the research object. Using a single case study method, basic data is collected through interviews, internal research, and other methods to study how small enterprises achieve innovation and transformation of their business models through resource pooling. This thesis uses Johnson's four element business model as an analysts tool to decompose Y Company into four development stages and study the development and changes of the business model in each stage. Identity the deficiencies and issues in Y Company's business model. Provide countermeasures and solutions for these issues. This thesis believes that Y Company can effectively use the resource aggregation theory to aggregate and optimize resource allocation based on the existing product system, forming new business processes. Draw the conclusion and countermeasures that Y company needs to establish a solution service business model. In the context of Industrial Age 4.0, the government encourages the transformation of the manufacturing industry towards intelligence. However, there are relatively few research topics on intelligent manufacturing case studies, and selecting Y Company as a case in this thesis has certain epochal significance and innovative value. This study explores how small and micro enterprises in the intelligent manufacturing industry can innovate their business models through resource pooling and establish solution based business models based on their own characteristics. It will have practical significance for small and micro manufacturing enterprises to gain new competitive advantages and truly achieve service-oriented transformation.
