| 中文摘要: | 伴随着世界经济的下行,尤其近三年受新冠疫情的影响,世界各国已重新意识到回归实体制造业才是拉动经济的明智选择,“工业5.0”概念应运而生并以全新理念再次引领了全球制造业发展新导向。在工业5.0的国际大趋势下,在“中国制造2025”的战略指引下,智能制造与智慧管理成为我国传统制造企业升级与发展的必然趋势。 本文的研究对象QYE公司是军工通信行业的领头企业之一,国内通信电子行业上市公司,面对日益激烈的市场竞争环境,公司正在经历“不改革不好活,不创新不能活”的转型升级阵痛期。本文通过探讨QYE公司物料管控业务领域的发展现状,对其瓶颈问题及问题的根源进行了全面、深入的分析与研究,基于工业5.0概念、精益生产管理、流程管理与流程优化等理论,提出了基于客户满意为目标的设备智能化、管理智慧化的物料管控优化方案,包括组织架构优化设计、现场优化设计(含智能设备的引进)、运营模式优化设计三大方面,并从人力资源、工艺技术、信息技术、文化建设四大方面制定了优化升级方案的实施保障措施,以帮助企业在工业5.0的国际大背景下成功实现物料管控业务领域的优化升级,达到降本增效的目标,从而保持企业的持续盈利与发展。 鉴于目前国内外对物料全流程管控优化的研究比较少,而本文结合QYE公司物料管控现状和瓶颈问题及相关数据,制定了可落地的优化方案和实施保障措施,不仅有对“硬件”设施的升级,还有对“软件”管理的优化。希望本研究对QYE公司及其它相应规模的制造型企业能够提供一定参考。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the downturn of the world economy, especially the impact of the COVID-19 in the past three years, countries around the world have re realized that returning to the physical manufacturing industry is the wise choice to stimulate the economy. The concept of "Industry 5.0" came into being and led the new direction of global manufacturing development with a new concept. Under the international trend of Industry 5.0 and the strategic guidance of "Made in China 2025", intelligent manufacturing and intelligent management have become an inevitable trend for the upgrading and development of traditional manufacturing enterprises in China. The research object of this article is QYE Company, which is one of the leading enterprises in the military communication industry. As a listed company in the domestic communication and electronics industry, facing the increasingly fierce market competition environment, the company is undergoing a transformation and upgrading period of "no reform, no innovation, no survival". This article explores the current development status of QYE Company's material control business field, conducts a comprehensive and in-depth analysis and research on its bottleneck problems and their root causes. Based on the concepts of Industry 5.0, lean production management, process management and process optimization, and other theories, it proposes a material control optimization plan for equipment intelligence and management intelligence based on customer satisfaction, including organizational structure optimization design On site optimization design (including the introduction of intelligent devices) and operation mode optimization design, and implementation guarantee measures for optimization and upgrading plans have been formulated from four aspects: human resources, process technology, information technology, and cultural construction, to help enterprises successfully achieve optimization and upgrading in the field of material control business in the international context of Industry 5.0, achieve the goal of cost reduction and efficiency increase, and maintain the continuous profitability and development of the enterprise. Given that there is currently relatively little research on optimizing the entire process control of materials both domestically and internationally, this article combines the current situation and bottleneck issues of QYE Company's material control with relevant data to develop a feasible optimization plan and implementation guarantee measures. This includes not only upgrading "hardware" facilities, but also optimizing "software" management. I hope this study can provide some reference for QYE Company and other manufacturing enterprises of corresponding scales. | |
