英文摘要:Along with the passenger vehicle rapid trend family, the related passenger vehicle marketing pattern discussion and the research are more and more many, the 4S shop is automobile marketing pattern one kind.The 4S shop marketing pattern, in some kind of degree has satisfied the customer to the service request, urges the customer to have the faith feeling to the brand.But Chinese Passenger vehicle 4S Shop Enterprise simultaneously faces the operation cost to be high, profit low awkward aspect.Many passenger vehicle 4S shop enterprise's already realized is having the competitive advantage to the strategic resources and core competency, wins the market aspect the vital role.Follows the Chinese passenger vehicle market to be more open, the competition is more and more intense, Chinese Passenger vehicle 4S Shop Enterprise should distinguish and establish conforms to the market competition to need, the unique strategic resources,and core competency, can have the long-time competitive advantage. This thesis has analyzed the Chinese Passenger vehicle 4S Shop Enterprise present situation, as well as the development swift and violent and the market share aspect has the long-term competitive advantage the intrinsic reason, thought the enterprise may raise the enterprise through the strategic resources and the core competency development and the use the long-term competitive advantage. This thesis in the review related strategic resources and in the core competency theory foundation, has analyzed the common environment and the competition environment which Chinese Passenger vehicle 4S Shop locates.The enterprise develops continually relies on the enterprise whether causes the enterprise through the cultivation and development core competency and the strategic resources to obtain the competitive advantage.This thesis summarized the Chinese Passenger vehicle 4S Shop Enterprise's strategic resources and the core competency constitution, as well as in the same profession other enterprises in these aspect disparity, and promoted the strategic resources and cultivation core competency to these enterprises have carried on in detail, the system analysis.These research is for the purpose of to the correlation enterprise's practice providing the thorough analysis and the instruction.
