中文摘要:近年来,被誉为“第三次生物技术革命”的合成生物学成为生物领域最热门的话题。合成生物学技术的应用是可以迅速产业商业化的核心力量,也是备受资本青睐的投资领域,依托合成生物学技术短期、快速上市的企业也屡见不鲜。2022年,国家发改委在《“十四五”生物经济发展规划》中也多次强调了“合成生物”这一概念。同年9月12日,美国政府也公布了一份《美国生物技术和生物制造的明确目标》,其中就提到通过合成生物学、生物制造、工程化生物方式扩大细胞疗法规模,并提出将制造成本降低10倍等目标。 H生物是一家从事合成生物学领域产品的研发、生产、销售的国家重点高新技术企业,近年来跻身国际丙氨酸供应量巨头的主要原因是应用合成生物领域发明了绿色低碳的L-丙氨酸厌氧发酵技术,颠覆了传统生产方式,大幅降低了生产成本,在国际上率先实现了L-丙氨酸厌氧发酵法的产业化,为H生物的国际化奠定了不可替代的基础。 本论文以公司国际化战略理论为基础,以H生物公司为研究对象,首先介绍了对公司整体情况及公司国际化进展,在研究的过程中,本论文主要用PEST分析、波特五力模型对H生物所在行业的宏观环境和行业竞争环境进行了深入分析,在分析的过程中发现H生物的国际化战略目标不清晰、海外大客户过度集中、国际质量认证效率低成本高等问题。并针对问题提出了较合理的优化方案。本论文立足H公司国际化战略的优化分析,不仅仅可以促进H公司丙氨酸的发展,也可为其他同行业企业提供一定的参考。 关键词:合成生物学;生物制造;L-丙氨酸;国际化战略 
英文摘要:In recent years, synthetic biology, which is known as the "third biotechnology revolution", has become the hottest topic in the field of biology. The industrialization of synthetic biology technology is the driving force that can be rapidly commercialized in the industry, and it is also an investment field favored by capital, and it is not uncommon for companies to rely on synthetic biology technology to go public in the short term and quickly. In 2022, the white book entitled “the 14th Five-Year Plan for the Development of the Bioeconomy” published by the National Development and Reform Commission emphasized the concept of "synthetic biology" several times. On September 12 of the same year, the US government also announced a "Clear Goals for Biotechnology and Biomanufacturing in the United States", which mentioned the goal of expanding the scale of cell therapy through synthetic biology, biomanufacturing, and engineered biology and reducing manufacturing costs by 10 times. H Bio is a national key high-tech enterprise engaged in synthetic biology,involving R&D, biomanufacturing, and sales of biobased products. Recently, it is becoming the international alanine supply giant mainly due to the application of synthetic biology field in the green and low-carbon L-alanine anaerobic fermentation technology, disrupting the traditional production approach, greatly decreasing production costs. It becomes the world leader by the first commercialization of anaerobic fermentation of L-alanine, leading to its irreplaceable role in its internationalization. This thesis is based on the company's internationalization strategy theory with a focus of H Biotech as the research object. At the beginning it introduces the overview of the company and reviews the company's internationalization progress. This paper mainly uses PEST analysis and Porter five forces model to conduct an in-depth analysis of the macro-environment and industry competition environment of the industry where H Biotech belongs to. There were a few problems, such as unclear internationalization strategic goals, high reliance on overseas large customers, the slow and costly international quality certification. To address the above problems, we propose a more practical solution. By using optimization and analysis of the internationalization strategy of Company H, this paper cannot only promotes the development of alanine of Company H, but also provides useful suggestion for other enterprises in the same industry.
