| 中文摘要: | 为满足国内的能源需求,中国每年都从国外进口大量的LNG(液化天然气),LNG需要汽化后才能进行使用,其在汽化过程中会释放大量的冷能,如果不加以利用将产生巨大的能源浪费。目前技术最成熟的LNG冷能回收利用技术是利用LNG冷能进行空气液化分离,生产液氮、液氧和液氩等工业气体。 LN公司作为中海油旗下唯一专业从事冷能利用的公司,在节能减排理念深入人心和国家“双碳”政策的背景下,近年来其产业受到政府和中海油母公司的大力支持,尤其是冷能空分产业。工业气体是高度市场化的商品,市场竞争十分激烈,LN公司不仅要积极响应政府和中海油的节能减排政策,还需要保证持久的盈利能力。由于在前期经营中没有合理的发展战略,导致其存在产业规模小、营销能力弱和抗风险能力差等问题,面临较大的发展压力,因此有必要为其制定合适的发展战略,以求在激烈的市场竞争中脱颖而出。 文章首先对研究背景、意义以及研究内容、范围、思路进行了介绍,并对研究中所用的各种理论和方法进行了描述。通过对LN公司的内部资源和条件进行分析并与行业内的优秀企业进行比较,找出了LN公司的优势和不足。利用PEST和五力模型对LN公司的外部环境和竞争力进行了分析,认为当前的政治、经济、社会和技术环境均有利于LN公司的发展并且LN公司在工业气体行业中具有较强的竞争力。基于以上分析结果整理了LN公司的优势、劣势、机会和威胁,运用SWOT分析方法为LN公司选择了增长型发展战略。 在具体的公司层战略和业务层战略方面,文章认为LN公司应采用集中化战略、前向一体化战略、并购战略、战略联盟和低成本战略。以集中化战略和低成本战略强化竞争优势,以前向一体化战略提升价值,以并购战略迅速扩大产业和市场规模,以战略联盟弥补公司短板降低运营风险,多方位助力公司战略目标的实现。此外,本文基于增长型发展战略的要求对LN公司的愿景、使命、战略目标和战略实施方案进行了规划,并利用4Ps理论为其制定了营销策略。最后,文章基于价值链理论为LN公司在人力资源管理、工程建设、生产运营、市场营销和风险分析应对等关键方面制定了战略实施方案的保障措施。 | |
| 英文摘要: | In order to meet domestic energy needs, China imports a large amount of LNG (liquefied natural gas) from abroad every year. LNG needs to be vaporized before it can be used. It will release a large amount of cold energy during the vaporization process. If not utilized, it will generate huge energy waste. At present, the most mature LNG cold energy recovery and utilization technology is to use LNG cold energy to liquefy and separate air to produce industrial gases such as liquid nitrogen, liquid oxygen, and liquid argon. As the only company under CNOOC that specializes in the utilization of cold energy, LN company has received strong support from the government and the parent company of CNOOC in recent years, especially in the field of cold energy air separation industry. Industrial gas is a highly market-oriented commodity and the market competition is fierce, LN company must not only actively respond to the energy conservation and emission reduction policies of the government and CNOOC, but also ensure long-lasting profitability. Since there was no reasonable development strategy in the early stage of operation, there were problems such as small industrial scale, weak marketing capabilities and poor risk resistance capabilities, and it faced great development pressure. Therefore, it is necessary to formulate an appropriate development strategy for it in order to survive in the fierce competition. The thesis first introduces the research background, significance, research content、scope and ideas, and describes the various theories and methods used in the research. By analyzing LN Company's internal resources and conditions and comparing them with outstanding companies in the industry, the strengths and weaknesses of LN Company were found.This thesis uses PEST and the five forces model to analyze the external environment and competitiveness of LN Company. It is believed that the current political, economic, social and technological environment are conducive to the development of LN Company and LN Company has strong competition in the industrial gas industry. Based on the above analysis results, the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of LN Company were sorted out, and a growth development strategy was selected for LN Company using SWOT analysis method. In terms of specific corporate-level strategies and business-level strategies, the thesis believes that LN Company should adopt centralized strategy, forward integration strategy, merger and acquisition strategy, strategic alliance and low-cost strategy. We will strengthen its competitive advantages with centralized strategy and low-cost strategy, advance the integration strategy to enhance value, use the merger and acquisition strategy to rapidly expand the industry and market scale, use strategic alliances to make up for the company's shortcomings and reduce operational risks, help achieve the company's strategic goals in all aspects. In addition, this thesis plans the vision, mission, strategic goals and strategic implementation plan of LN Company based on the requirements of growth development strategy, and uses 4Ps theory to formulate a marketing strategy for it. Finally, based on the value chain theory, the thesis formulates strategic implementation plan safeguards for LN Company in key aspects such as human resource management, engineering construction, production operations, marketing, and risk analysis and response. | |
