英文摘要：	This article aims to deeply explore the competitive strategic direction of A vocational training school in the vocational education market and how to maintain a competitive advantage in the fierce market competition. In the current social environment, with the adjustment of China's economic structure and the acceleration of industrial upgrading, the important position of vocational education is increasingly prominent, and the vocational training market has ushered in a new peak of competition. In this context, various vocational training schools are seeking breakthroughs in order to stand out in the fierce market competition. However, many schools generally face a problem in their development process: how to clearly position themselves among numerous competitors, leverage their advantages, and achieve sustainable development? To answer this question, this article first introduces the definition of competitive strategy from a theoretical perspective, laying a theoretical foundation for subsequent analysis. Next, based on the current situation and future development trends of China's vocational education market, a comprehensive analysis is conducted on the competitive environment faced by A vocational training school, revealing its competitive advantages and disadvantages. On this basis, this article uses tools such as EFE matrix, IFE matrix, and QSPM evaluation matrix to qualitatively and quantitatively analyze the internal and external factors of the school, further clarifying its core competitiveness and competitive strategy. After comprehensive analysis, this article proposes that A vocational training school should adopt a differentiation strategy to cope with market competition. Specific measures include adapting to market demand and policy changes, continuously improving teaching quality and service levels, expanding the variety of training programs, and strengthening brand building. By implementing these strategies, A vocational training school will be able to establish its own characteristics, enhance competitiveness, and achieve sustainable development in the fiercely competitive market. The research results of this article not only have practical guiding significance for A vocational training school, but also represent the current development status and challenges in the field of vocational education in China to a certain extent. Therefore, the research results of this article can provide reference and reference for other vocational training schools, helping them better formulate strategies and enhance competitiveness.
