中文摘要:制造业是一个国家经济发展的重要组成部分,且中小企业在我国制造业中占据举足轻重的位置,对于我国经济的平稳发展,综合国力的增长,国际地位的提升,都有着至关重要的影响。特别是现如今,我国经济的发展已经进入到了常态化发展的阶段,企业要面对已经变化的新的市场需求,在这种情况下,要想提高企业的竞争实力,提升企业的竞争优势,需从技术创新入手,通过技术创新和对技术创新的有效管理,全面提高企业的创新能力,使得企业能够充分发挥自身优势,推出不断适应市场变化需求的新产品,在复杂多变的市场环境中,拥有独特竞争力。ZT公司是一家典型的中小型制造企业,主要生产用于生产功能性复合材料的合成原料,经过近20年的发展,逐步形成了多个研发中心,多个生产基地,多个产学研合作项目,共同支撑的创新型企业。随着多年的发展,特别是近些年国家对重点“卡脖子”功能性复合材料的重视,作为材料的合成原料生产企业,顺应社会发展的风口,企业快步发展。在不断加强老产品优化,新产品创新,不断适应市场需求的过程中,暴露出了在企业快速发展的过程中,技术创新管理不足所导致的各种效率和水平降低的问题,因此,本文的意义在于通过对ZT公司技术创新管理现状的研究和分析,找到企业技术创新管理中存在的各种问题,帮助企业提升技术创新管理的水平,同时能够对其他的制造企业起到借鉴作用。 本论文以技术创新,技术创新管理,技术创新动力理论为基础,采取文献研究法,访谈法、实证分析法和层次分析法,对ZT集团的技术创新管理方法、能力和结果进行研究,认为一是ZT集团的技术创新管理方式较为粗放,在应对公司快速发展的需求时,缺乏有效性,因此企业的技术创新管理模式需要优化;二是ZT集团技术创新平台搭建不完善,内外部资源不能有效利用,甚至某些必要的技术创新需要资源缺失,造成技术创新的非必要的重复性工作增加;三是ZT公司技术创新激励机制不完善,创新人员缺乏动力,创新效率低,降低了企业在创新产品中的竞争能力;四是ZT公司技术创新人才缺乏,且现有创新人才流动频繁,人力管理不到位。在对ZT公司面临的技术创新管理问题进行分析后,针对面临的问题,提出了企业解决技术创新管理的优化方案,包括提升企业创新文化,整合企业技术创新资源平台,优化技术创新管理和激励机制,优化技术创新与项目选择机制等,通过各种措施,致力于提升企业的机床创新管理能力和水平。 
英文摘要:Manufacturing is an important part of a country's economic development, and small and medium-sized enterprises in China's manufacturing industry occupies a pivotal position for the smooth development of our economy, the growth of the comprehensive national strength, and the enhancement of the international status has a crucial impact. Especially nowadays, the development of China's economy has entered the stage of normalized development, enterprises have to face the new market demand has changed, in this case, in order to improve the competitive strength of enterprises, enhance the competitive advantage of enterprises, need to start from technological innovation, through technological innovation and effective management of technological innovation, comprehensively improve the innovation ability of the enterprise, so that the enterprise can give full play to its own advantages. ZT company is a typical small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprise, mainly produces synthetic raw materials for the production of functional composite materials, after nearly 20 years of development, gradually formed a number of R & D centers, a number of production bases, a number of production, learning and research cooperation projects, jointly supported by the innovative enterprises. With the development of many years, especially in recent years, the state focus on key "neck" functional composite materials, as the material of synthetic raw materials production enterprises, in line with the social development of the wind, the enterprise development at a rapid pace. In the process of constantly strengthening the optimization of old products, new product innovation, and constantly adapting to the market demand, exposed in the process of rapid development of enterprises, technological innovation management is insufficient to reduce the efficiency and level of various problems, therefore, the significance of this paper lies in the ZT company through the status of technological innovation management of the research and analysis, to find the various problems in the management of technological innovation, to help enterprises to improve the level of technological innovation management, and at the same time can help enterprises to improve the level of technological innovation management. The significance of this paper is to find the problems in the enterprise's technological innovation management through studying and analyzing the current situation of ZT company's technological innovation management, to help the enterprise to improve the level of technological innovation management, and at the same time, to be able to play a reference role for other manufacturing enterprises. Based on the theory of technological innovation, technological innovation management and technological innovation dynamics, this article adopts the literature research method, interview method, empirical analysis method and hierarchical analysis method to study ZT Group's technological innovation management methods, capabilities and results, and concludes that, firstly, ZT Group's technological innovation management is relatively sloppy, and lacks of effectiveness in responding to the company's needs for rapid development; therefore, the technological innovation management mode of the company needs to be optimized. management mode needs to be optimized; two, ZT Group's technological innovation platform is imperfectly constructed, internal and external resources cannot be effectively utilized, and even certain necessary resources needed for technological innovation are missing, resulting in an increase in unnecessary and repetitive work in technological innovation; three, ZT Company's incentive mechanism for technological innovation is imperfect, and innovators are lack of motivation and have low innovation efficiency, which reduces the enterprise's competitiveness in the innovative products; four, ZT Company's lack of technological innovation talents, and the existing innovative talents flow frequently, manpower management is not in place. After analyzing the technological innovation management problems faced by ZT Company, the optimization scheme for enterprises to solve the technological innovation management is proposed for the problems faced, including enhancing the enterprise innovation culture, integrating the enterprise technological innovation resource platform, optimizing the technological innovation management and incentive mechanism, optimizing the mechanism of technological innovation and project selection, etc., which is committed to enhancing the enterprise's machine tool through a variety of measures innovation management ability and level.
