英文摘要: | This article aims to deeply explore the operating cost management problems of C commercial banks and propose effective solutions to these problems. In the modern financial environment, the banking industry is facing increasingly fierce market competition and huge challenges in cost management. This article first analyzes the problems of operating cost management of C commercial banks, including challenges such as complex organizational structure, lagging business model, unclear job responsibilities, unreasonable deposit liability structure, and internal management system reform that needs to be improved urgently. In order to solve these problems, this study proposes a series of reforms and optimization strategies. First, this article recommends that C commercial banks accelerate the pace of technological upgrading and digital transformation to reduce operating costs and improve service efficiency. In addition, banks also need to strengthen internal management and system construction, optimize responsibility allocation and cost control mechanisms, and strengthen market analysis and risk management capabilities. In addition, through more precise market positioning and customer service optimization, banks can better meet the needs and expectations of modern consumers, thereby enhancing their market competitiveness and brand influence. This study also recommends banks to optimize their capital allocation strategies to achieve higher capital efficiency and profitability. At the same time, by improving operational efficiency, banks can further reduce costs and increase profits. Overall, through the reforms and optimization strategies proposed in this study, C Commercial Bank is expected to achieve higher operating efficiency and market competitiveness, thereby laying the foundation for its future steady development. | |
