中文摘要:摘要 在当前中国经济面临多重挑战和机遇背景下,中国经济的转型和结构调整导致市场需求和消费结构发生巨大变化,这给成品油零售企业带来新的挑战。同时,国有企业改革的深入推进要求提高效率、优化资源配置和完善公司治理。因此,成品油销售企业亟需解决如何有效应对竞争压力、提高市场占有率和盈利能力等重要问题。 为深入研究这些问题,本研究选择成品油零售行业的大型央企SC公司作为案例,研究确定其在产业结构中的位置,通过价值链优化调整,形成竞争优势。同时,本研究旨在帮助SC公司确定业务层面的竞争战略,提高在细分市场中的竞争优势,满足目标市场客户需求,克服经营困境,实现公司发展目标。此外,通过竞争战略的制定,塑造公司价值文化,稳定员工,打造公司品牌形象,本研究具有普遍的实践意义,对传统能源行业的销售型公司具有启示作用。 本研究将重点关注以下几个问题:首先,分析SC公司的业务竞争战略制定基础。综合考察SC公司所处行业的宏观、中观和微观竞争环境,确定公司准确的市场地位。其次,在竞争环境和产业结构位置分析的基础上,探讨如何选择适合其自身发展的业务竞争战略,兼顾发挥自身优势和符合行业发展及客户需求变化。进一步地,深入研究SC公司在确定业务竞争战略后,如何取得竞争优势,找出目标市场并选择相应的业务竞争战略。通过价值链优化和调整,提升公司整体价值,取得竞争优势。最后,关注SC公司如何保障战略的实施和落地,通过深入研究公司的价值活动,确保价值链的协调性,解决面临的挑战。 综上所述,通过对SC公司发展轨迹和所处行业发展状况的深入分析,本研究将为SC公司制定有效的业务竞争战略提供指导性样本。同时,本研究还将更好地理解和应对当前中国经济形势下成品油零售业务的挑战与机遇,为公司的可持续发展提供有效的战略支持,也为国有公司改革和相关领域的学术研究提供了新的视角和理论基础。 
英文摘要:Abstract In the context of the current challenges and opportunities in the Chinese economy, the petroleum retailing sector faces new demands and pressures. With the transformation and structural adjustments in the economy, market demands and consumer behavior have undergone significant changes, posing new challenges for petroleum retail enterprises. Additionally, the deepening reforms of state-owned enterprises require them to enhance efficiency, optimize resource allocation, and improve corporate governance. Within this backdrop, petroleum sales companies urgently need to address crucial issues, such as effectively coping with competitive pressures, increasing market share, and improving profitability. To delve into these issues, this study selects a large state-owned enterprise, SC Company, in the petroleum retail industry as a case study to determine its position in the industry's structure and establish competitive advantages through value chain optimization. Moreover, the study aims to assist SC Company in formulating competitive strategies at the operational level to enhance its competitive advantage in specific market segments, meet customer demands, achieve corporate development goals, and overcome operational challenges. Furthermore, the study aims to shape the company's values, stabilize the workforce, and enhance its brand image through the formulation of competitive strategies, thus providing valuable insights for sales-oriented companies in the traditional energy sector. The research will focus on several key aspects. Firstly, it will analyze the foundational aspects of SC Company's business competition strategy. This will involve a comprehensive examination of the macro, meso, and micro-environmental factors influencing SC Company's industry, as well as its positioning within the industrial structure to ascertain its accurate market position. Secondly, based on the analysis of the competitive environment and industrial positioning, the study will explore how to choose appropriate business competition strategies that leverage the company's strengths while aligning with industry and customer demand changes. Additionally, the study will conduct an in-depth investigation on how SC Company can achieve a competitive advantage through the analysis of its resources and capabilities, considering external macroeconomic policies and changes in customer demands. By identifying target markets and selecting corresponding business competition strategies, the study will emphasize value chain optimization and adjustments to enhance overall company value and competitive advantage. Lastly, the research will focus on how SC Company can ensure the implementation and execution of its competitive strategies. It will delve into the company's value activities to ensure their smooth implementation, thus ensuring the coordination of the value chain. In conclusion, this research will provide valuable insights for SC Company by conducting an in-depth analysis of its development trajectory and the current state of the industry. By comprehensively studying the competitive environment and resource advantages, the study will offer guidance in formulating effective business competition strategies. Furthermore, it will better understand and address the challenges and opportunities faced by the petroleum retailing sector in the current Chinese economic landscape, offering strategic support for the company's sustainable development and presenting new perspectives and theoretical foundations for state-owned enterprise reforms and related academic research.
