中文摘要：	在产业链分工十分发达的当下，中等以上规模的公司，其供应链都由大量供 应商组成。然而，随着中美贸易战和逆全球化愈演愈烈，导致原先在自由贸易规 则下很容易获得的供应商资源日益受限。越来越多的公司主动选择了对供应商 体系进行转移或分散，来规避制裁或世界形势突变带来的影响。 然而，在进行供应链调整和引入新的供应商时，常常会遇到大量供应质量问 题。因为新引入的供应商通常不是最优的供应商，其能力很可能低于原先成熟的 供应商，甚至新供应商是第一次生产客户所需要的产品。为了应对这样的情况， 就需要发起供应商替代的公司具备较强的供应商质量管理能力，才能应对供应 商替换带来的质量挑战。 A 公司作为一个被制裁的典型公司，在 2 年多的时间里，即成功完成了大量 供应商的国产替代，其自身供应商质量管理能力提升的实践，和帮助供应商提升 质量管理能力的方法，都有较高的研究价值。本文即以 A 公司作为对象，研究 了 A 公司如何以供应商质量管理理论为基础，选择性的使用各种管理工具，来 快速提升供应商质量管理能力的过程。 在当前国际环境下，即将或正在实施供应商替代的公司为数众多，希望本文 可以给这些公司一定有价值的参考。
英文摘要：	In the highly developed global industrial era, any moderately sized company's supply chain consists of a large number of suppliers. However, with trade war and the development of anti-globalization, the original supplier resources were easily obtained under the free trade rules are increasingly subject to various restrictions. Whether out of necessity or for the sake of preventive, more and more companies have chosen to transfer or decentralize their supplier systems. Which includes swap suppliers from sanctioned countries to domestic suppliers, distributing suppliers to different countries or regions, increasing the number of suppliers in the same category to avoid exclusive suppliers, and so on. By this strategy, the impact of sanctions or anti-globalization situation can be avoided partially. However, when swapping the suppliers, a large number of product quality issues are often encountered. Because newly introduced suppliers may have lower capabilities than previous suppliers, or even the first time to provide the products which customers need. The companies that swapping suppliers need to rapidly improve their supplier quality management capabilities in order to overcome the challenges. Be a typical sanctioned company, A successfully swapped a large number of suppliers within a short time. So, the study of company A is highly valuable and practical significant. This research studied how company A selected or created new quality tools and methods to rapidly improve their supplier quality management capabilities, and summarizing the company's good practices in dealing with the quality impact caused by supplier swapping. In the fast-changing international environment, there are so many companies have the need for supplier swapping. I hope this research can provide valuable reference for them.
