| 中文摘要: | 近年来,制造型企业所面临的经营成本和融资成本逐渐攀升,特别是在后疫情时代,种种不确定的风险因素层出不穷,这使得制造型企业的经营更加艰难。面对不断上升的成本压力,许多企业开始专注于优化仓储管理以降低成本;同时,还需确保足够的安全库存,以确保正常的生产和运营。仓储管理涵盖仓储作业流程优化、信息反馈改善、物料存储方法、周转频率控制、以及物流规划等多个方面,其核心目标是在保障正常生产的前提下,以最小的成本来管理存储需求,同时提高物料的周转率。 D公司属于制造型企业,对于仓库管理包括原材料和成品都有很高的业务需求,而通过仓储管理优化,可以提升生产效率,减少对流动资金的占用,进一步提升D公司的市场竞争力。本文主要研究的是D公司的原材料仓库,运用仓储管理的相关理论和方法,对其进行多方面的分析,涉及仓储人员管理、仓储布局、仓储作业流程、仓储设备自动化等。在分析中发现了一些问题,例如物料分类管理不清、操作流程效率低下、仓储设备陈旧等。为了解决这些问题,本文运用ABC库存分类法、SLP系统设施布局方法以及ESIA流程优化法等,提出了一系列解决方案,包括对物料进行ABC库存分类管理,重新分配储位,调整入库和出库操作流程,特别针对D公司仓储管理现状,根据分类提出了优化方案,并为方案落地实施详述了保障措施。 通过这些研究得出的仓储管理优化方案,将帮助D公司的原材料仓库降低仓储作业成本,改善仓储作业模式,提高仓储作业效率,同时增强D公司的核心竞争力和市场占有率,这些研究成果为D公司未来提升仓储管理水平提供了有益的思路和参考。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Recently, the operating costs and financing costs faced by manufacturing enterprises have gradually risen, especially in the post-epidemic era, and various uncertain risk factors have been revealed, which has made the operation of manufacturing enterprises more difficult. The scope of warehousing management includes the management of material storage mode, turnover frequency, optimization of operation process, improvement of information feedback and optimization of logistics planning, etc., and its core goal is to manage storage demand with minimum cost under the premise of ensuring normal production, while improving the turnover rate of materials. Therefore, one of the core problems that manufacturing enterprises urgently need to solve is how to reasonably plan the storage of inventory materials, adjust the inventory operation mode, and optimize the warehouse management process, and at the same time improve the information exchange mode to adapt to the changing market environment. Company D is a manufacturing enterprise with a high demand for warehouse management, including raw materials and finished products. Through warehouse management optimization, production efficiency can be improved, the occupation of working capital can be reduced, and the market competitiveness of Company D can be further enhanced. This thesis mainly studies raw material warehouse of Company D, and analyzes it in many aspects by using the relevant theories and methods of warehouse management, involving warehouse personnel management, warehousing layout, operation process, warehouse automation, etc. Some problems were found in the analysis, such as unclear material classification management, inefficient operation processes, and outdated equipment. In order to solve these problems, this paper proposes a series of solutions using lean management theory, ABC inventory classification method, SLP system facility layout method and ESIA process optimization method. These methods include ABC inventory classification management of materials, reallocation of storage space, optimization of inbound and outbound management and adjustment of operation processes. Especially for raw materials warehouse management of Company D, a set of implementation plans is proposed, and guarantee measures are provided to ensure the smooth implementation of the plan. A set of solutions aimed at optimizing warehouse management through these studies will ultimately help Company raw materials warehouse improve warehousing operation efficiency, improve warehousing operation mode, and enhance the company's sustainable development ability and core competitiveness. These research results provide useful ideas and references for Company D to improve the level of warehouse management in the future. | |
