中文摘要: | 随着新冠疫情影响的逐渐消退,我国岩土工程行业体现出向好的发展趋势,但由于行业集中度低,中小企业众多,企业竞争不断加大,BC公司作为一家发展了20余年的老牌岩土工程企业,其在新时代、新环境背景下也应做出相应的变革来应对不断变化的社会形式及产业趋势。 本论文以 BC 公司为研究对象,对其发展战略进行了全面、深入的研究。首先,本文解释了相关概念和理论,并分析了企业发展战略在国内外的研究情况。接着,详细分析了 BC 公司的发展历程及战略现状,指出了公司目前在战略选择上遇到的问题。在此基础上,分析了BC公司所面临的宏观、产业及内部战略环境,并结合 SWOT 分析理论,针对 BC 公司分析其所处的客观局势。本论文还研究了 BC 公司在实施发展战略过程中的保障体系,包括如何加快企业科技创新、公司营销体系完善、生产效益提升等多方面内容。通过PEST、SWOT 分析等方法,识别出 BC公司的核心竞争力、市场机会和威胁,并针对这些问题提出相应的发展战略建议。本论文结合了文献研究法、调查研究法和综合分析法等多种研究方法,对 BC 公司及其所处的行业环境有了全面、深入的了解,为制定适合 BC 公司的发展战略提供了有力支持。 综上所述,本论文结合 BC 公司实际业务发展数据及分析其发展战略,结合企业战略管理相关研究理论,实现对 BC 公司的全方位剖析,并基于分析结论,提出其应选择多元化战略及相关实施保障建议,为后续 BC 公司的发展提供实际的参考内容,助力于 BC 公司的长期稳步发展,提高其核心竞争力。 | |
英文摘要: | With the gradual decline of the impact of the COVID-19, China's geotechnical engineering industry has shown a positive trend of development. However, due to the low concentration of the industry, the large number of small and medium-sized enterprises, and the increasing competition among enterprises, BC, as an old brand geotechnical engineering enterprise that has developed for more than 20 years, should also make corresponding changes to cope with the changing social forms and industrial trends in the new era and new environment. This paper takes BC Geotechnical Company as the research object and conducts a comprehensive and in-depth study of its development strategy. Firstly, this article explains relevant concepts and theories, and analyzes the research status of enterprise development strategies both domestically and internationally. Then, a detailed analysis was conducted on the development history and strategic status of BC Company, pointing out the problems that the company currently faces in strategic selection. On this basis, an analysis was conducted on the strategic environment, including macro environment, industrial environment, and internal environment of the enterprise. Combined with SWOT analysis theory, the objective situation of BC Company was analyzed. This paper also studies the guarantee system of BC Company in the implementation of its development strategy, including how to accelerate technological innovation, improve the company's marketing system, and improve production efficiency. Identify the core competitiveness, market opportunities, and threats of BC Geotechnical Company through PEST, SWOT analysis, and other methods, and propose corresponding development strategy recommendations to address these issues. This paper combines various research methods such as literature research, survey research, and comprehensive analysis to gain a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of BC Geotechnical Company and its industry environment, providing strong support for formulating development strategies suitable for BC Geotechnical Company. In summary, this paper combines the actual business development data of BC Company and analyzes its development strategy, combined with relevant research theories of enterprise strategic management, to achieve a comprehensive analysis of BC Company.
