中文摘要:HK医疗器械公司是本文作者任职的一家医疗器械生产企业。目前以天津滨海新区公司作为生产运营的主要场所,集研发、生产制造销售和售后为一体的医疗器械生产企业,产品立足于国内微创外科领域,远销欧美韩国意大利等一系列国家。 当前正是VUCA时代,企业运营生产中遇到越来越多的挑战,市场竞争的风云变幻,让供应商管理的敏捷性成为了企业运营管理中关注的要点。同时,国家医疗器械集中采购的普及,也对医疗器械生产企业对于供应稳定性和快捷性提出了新的挑战。国家鼓励中国制造业走出去,但各个国家政策法规可能不尽一样,这样又增加了医疗器械行业的风险等级。如何在供应商管理中将供应链敏捷性和风险规避考虑在内,成为越来越多的企业面临的问题。 鉴于此前提,本文以HK医疗器械公司的供应商管理现状作为研究对象,首先介绍了本课题的研究背景,描述研究方法,并回顾供应链敏捷性和供应商风险规避的相关文献研究结果,总结了供应商评估的方法,研究了各个发展阶段中企业对于供应商的具体要求;对HK医疗器械公司现阶段的供应商管理做深度剖析,发现现阶段以及预估后续发展可能出现的问题点,并从策略、流程以及供应商参与度三个方面进行改善,以提高供应商管理的敏捷性。本文采用了案例分析法,文献研究法以及访谈法相结合的研究方法。 本文为研究医疗器械公司供应商管理提供了实践上的参考,通过对HK医疗器械公司的研究,汇总出HK医疗器械公司存在的问题和改善措施,关注供应风险,提高供应敏捷性以及减少供应商数量等措施来改进HK医疗器械公司的供应商管理策略;通过改进评估流程,新增评估内容以及更新供应商评估标准来优化供应商管理流程;通过加强供应商协同、供应商早期参与以及完善供应商策略来增加供应商参与度。让供应商管理团队在医疗器械企业从创立之初就将供应链敏捷性和风险规避考虑在内,使得公司在发展过程中,可以应对各种突发的市场需求的激变以及企业的持久合规性经营。  
英文摘要:HK Medical Devices Company is a medical device manufacturing enterprise where the author works. At present, the production and operation of HK Medical Devices Company is based on Tianjin. It is a medical device production enterprise that integrates research and development, production, manufacturing, sales, and after-sales service. Its products are based in the field of minimally invasive surgery in China and are exported to a series of countries such as Europe, America, South Korea, and Italy. In the current VUCA era, enterprises are facing more and more challenges in operation and production, and the ever-changing market competition has made the agility of supplier management a key concern in enterprise operation and management. At the same time, the popularization of centralized procurement of national medical devices has also posed new challenges to the stability and speed of supply for medical device manufacturers. The state encourages China's manufacturing industry to go global, but the policies and regulations may vary from country to country, which in turn increases the risk level of the medical device industry. How to take supply chain agility and risk avoidance into account in supplier management has become a problem that more and more enterprises are facing. Given this premise, this thesis takes the current status of supplier management in HK Medical Devices Company as the research object. Firstly, it introduces the research background of this topic, describes the research methods, reviews the relevant literature research results on supply chain agility and supplier risk avoidance, summarizes the methods of supplier evaluation, and studies the specific requirements of enterprises for suppliers in various development stages; Conduct a deep analysis of the current supplier management of HK Medical devices Company, identify potential issues that may arise in the current and estimated future development, and improve the agility of supplier management from three aspects: strategy, process, and supplier engagement. This thesis adopts a combination of case analysis, literature research, and interview methods. This thesis provides practical reference for studying the supplier management of medical device companies. Through the study of HK Medical Company, the problems and improvement measures of HK Medical Company are summarized, focusing on supply risks, improving supply agility, and reducing the number of suppliers to improve the supplier management strategy of HK Medical Company; Optimize the supplier management process by improving the evaluation process, adding new evaluation content, and updating supplier evaluation standards; Increase supplier engagement by strengthening supplier collaboration, early supplier engagement, and improving supplier strategies. Enable the supplier management team to consider supply chain agility and risk avoidance from the beginning of the medical device enterprise, enabling the company to cope with various sudden changes in market demand and sustainable compliance operations during its development process.
