中文摘要:近年来,新一代信息技术的发展颠覆了人们对传统商业逻辑的认知,企业通过数字化方向的转型优化经营相关业务的环节,企业价值创造的方式也发生转变。实施数字化运营管理、数字化供应链管理等,改善流程与生产方式、打通产业链的各个环节,实时共享运营数据,进而提升运营效率、减少运营成本、识别从采购端到销售端的潜在风险并避免,最终实现新型商业价值的创造。我国制造业在后疫情时代各种危机影响下,市场竞争也越来越激烈,发展数字化迫在眉睫。数字化技术的快速发展与传统型制造业的互相结合,已渐渐转变为推动传统型制造业变革及新的价值创造的重要引擎。 本文以数字化管理、精益管理为理论基础,将KLS公司生产运营中的航空制造业务作为特定研究对象,考虑产品结构复杂、产品质量要求严格,生产制造过程复杂、零部件制造周期不一致,多品种小批量、个别定制化、研制批量共存等生产特点的同时,针对其生产设备数字化不完善、缺乏数据采集及监控、制造执行系统不完善、过程缺少计划与控制等生产运营数字化问题展开研究。首先,在现有背景下,采用文献研究法对国内外的文献和相关理论进行学习,最后确定研究内容以及研究方法。其次对研究对象实地进行现场调查分析,充分了解研究内容的特点、运行特点和存在的问题。然后根据理论联系实际法结合学习的相关理论和KLS公司的实际情况开展研究,提出解决方案。 本文通过文献研究、所在企业案例分析和实践经验的总结,同时从理论和实践的角度研究和分析企业的数字化制造。论文研究能够为企业的数字化转型系统方案的设计思路、方案设计、系统逻辑和方案实施等提供系统性理论指导,有利于形成一套数字化制造成套的理论系统,为企业未来数字化制造的转型和变革提供理论支持。本文企业的案例研究也可以为数字化变革环境下的业务场景的传统的管理理论进行进一步丰富和完善。KLS公司的系统架构模型和各项关键转型措施对中小企业,尤其是加工制造型企业的数字化制造转型有很大的实践应用价值,可以将其进行扩充和完善应用到自己的企业数字化转型中,为企业的数字化提供参考和借鉴。 
英文摘要:In recent years, the development of a new generation of information technology has subverted people's understanding of traditional business logic, and enterprises optimize the operation of related business links through the transformation of digital direction, and the way of enterprise value creation has also changed. Implement digital operation management and digital supply chain management, improve the process and production mode, open up all links of the industrial chain, and share operational data in real time, so as to improve operational efficiency, reduce operating costs, identify and avoid potential risks from the procurement end to the sales end, and finally realize the creation of new business value. Under the influence of various crises in China's manufacturing industry in the post-epidemic era, market competition is becoming increasingly fierce, and the development of digitalization is imminent. The rapid development of digital technology and the combination of traditional manufacturing have gradually transformed into an important engine to promote the transformation of traditional manufacturing and new value creation. Based on the theory of digital management and lean management, this paper takes the aviation manufacturing business in the production and operation of Company KLS as a specific research object, and considers the production characteristics such as complex product structure, strict product quality requirements, complex manufacturing process, inconsistent parts manufacturing cycle, multi-variety and small-batch, individual customization, and co-existence of development batches. Research is carried out on production and operation digitization problems such as imperfect production equipment digitization, lack of data collection and monitoring, imperfect manufacturing execution system, and lack of process planning and control. First of all, under the existing background, the literature research method is used to study the literature and related theories at home and abroad, and finally determine the research content and research methods. Secondly, the research object is investigated and analyzed on the spot to fully understand the characteristics, operation characteristics and existing problems of the research content. Then, according to the theory and practice method combined with the relevant theories of learning and the actual situation of company KLS, the research is carried out and the solution is proposed. Through literature research, case analysis and the summary of practical experience, this paper studies and analyzes the digital manufacturing of enterprises from both theoretical and practical perspectives. The research in this paper can provide systematic theoretical guidance for the design ideas, scheme design, system logic and scheme implementation of the enterprise's digital transformation system scheme, which is conducive to forming a complete set of digital manufacturing theoretical system and providing theoretical support for the transformation and reform of the enterprise's digital manufacturing in the future. The case study of the enterprise in this paper can also further enrich and improve the traditional management theory of the business scenario in the digital change environment. The system architecture model and various key transformation measures of company KLS have great practical application value to the digital manufacturing transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises, especially the processing and manufacturing enterprises. It can be expanded and improved to apply to their own enterprise digital transformation, so as to provide reference and reference for the digitalization of enterprises.
