中文摘要:在国家全面实施“双碳”政策的背景下,能源行业向多能耦合方向发展不可逆转。这为传统能源企业带来了难得的发展机遇,也形成了严峻挑战。尤其是地区性的中小民营企业如何通过实施多元化战略谋求更为广袤的发展空间,是急需解决的实践问题和理论研究方向。 本文以ZX公司实施多元化战略为研究对象,在综合评述最新的相关研究成果基础上,按照企业为什么要多元化发展、多元化发展的具体目标有哪些,以及如何成功实施多元化战略的整体思路展开研究,期待得出的研究结论能够指导本公司的未来发展,并为同类型企业提供经验借鉴。 经研究发现,虽然ZX公司已在山东省东营地区的天然气销售市场取得了令人满意的经营业绩,但国家“双碳”政策的贯彻实施对能源行业的生产端和消费端都产生了深刻影响,同时为了分散特许经营权不予续批的政策风险,挖掘新的利润增长点,ZX公司必须尽快实施系统的多元化战略。基于此,作者详细阐述了ZX公司实施多元化战略的总体方向、应坚持的指导思想和工作原则,以及各阶段的发展目标。本公司最佳的多元化发展策略是在纵向产业链上将业务范围扩展至上下游其他高利润节点,同时在横向上积极投资于国家鼓励发展的新能源项目,并逐渐从低附加值的销售和建设项目转向高附加值的专业服务项目,最终发展成为一家综合能源服务提供商。为了确保上述战略的成功实施,本公司还需要持续调整组织管理架构、完善财务制度、提高人力资源开发效率、提升绩效管理水平,并逐步融入社会化的科研协同创新体系。 本文研究的创新之处在于,全文突出强调了我国持续推进“双碳”目标落实的大环境是如何深刻影响着每一家能源企业的多元化发展过程,更加贴合当前的时代要求,具有一定的时效性和创新性。本文在分析过程中还密切关注了ZX公司作为中小企业和地区性企业的特征,具体问题具体分析,发展路径和具体行动策略的设计针对性较强,为丰富中小企业的多元化发展理论进行了新的尝试。 
英文摘要:Against the backdrop of the comprehensive implementation of the goals of “carbon peaking and carbon neutrality”, the development of the energy industry towards multi-energy coupling is irreversible. It has brought rare development opportunities and posed serious challenges for traditional energy enterprises. Especially for regional small and medium-sized private enterprises, how to seek broader development space through diversification is an urgent practical problem and theoretical research direction to be solved. This thesis takes ZX Company's implementation of diversification strategy as the research object. Based on a comprehensive review of the latest relevant research findings, it conducts research according to why ZX Company need to undergo diversification, where should go, and how to successfully implement its diversification. It is hoped that this research can guide the future development of ZX company and provide reference for other similar enterprises. Based on the research, it was found that although ZX Company has achieved certain satisfactory in the natural gas market in DongYing District, Shandong Province, the goal of “carbon peaking and carbon neutrality” has had a profound impact on the production and consumption ends of the energy industry. At the same time, in order to avoid the policy risk of cancellation of franchise rights and actively explore new sources of profit, ZX Company must implement a more systematic diversification strategy as soon as possible. The author elaborates in detail on the overall development direction, guiding ideology and working principles that ZX Company should adhere to in implementing its diversification strategy, as well as the development goals of each stage. The best diversification strategy for ZX company is to expand its business scope to other high profit nodes upstream and downstream in the vertical industrial chain, while actively investing in new energy projects encouraged by the government horizontally, and gradually shifting from low value-added sales and construction projects to high value-added professional service projects, ultimately developing into a comprehensive energy service provider. In order to ensure the successful implementation of the above strategy, ZX company also needs to continuously adjust the organizational structure, improve financial systems, improve human resource development efficiency, enhance performance management, and gradually integrate into the socialized R&D collaborative system. The innovation of this study lies in how the overall environment for China's continuous promotion of the “carbon peaking and carbon neutrality” goals profoundly affects the diversification of energy enterprise, which is more in line with the current requirements of the times. During the analysis process, this thesis also closely focused on the characteristics of ZX Company as a small and medium-sized enterprise and a regional enterprise. The design of paths and specific action strategies are highly targeted, and a new attempt is made to enrich the diversification strategy theory of small and medium-sized enterprises.
