中文摘要：	从2022年开始，国家推出文件，要求对于城乡建设的推进加快脚步。截至到目前，这已经是中央下达的第19个关于城乡建设的文件，主要目的就是将传统的农业现代化，以此将农业的产量最大化。但是2019年的新冠疫情席卷全球，也让中国遭受了重大的损失。现在距离疫情过去也仅仅只要两年，我国的经济仍然处在非常脆弱的阶段，各行各业都面临着巨大的压力，即使在这样的情况下，我们党以及国家仍然不断前进，对于乡村振兴的脚步从未停止过。这主要是因为这一战略对于我国的农民以及全体人民都有着重要的意义，所以在此基础上，凭借JD公司在科技、物流、供应链的能力，将物流的体系进一步完善，将物流方面的基础设施进一步提升，这样不仅城市中的人民可以享受到方便，偏远的农村人民也能享受到现代科技的进步。这样偏远地区的农民不仅能够享受到方便，还可以让他们的农作物出来，这样不仅增加了他们的收入，还增加的农作物在质量上以及价格上的竞争力，这对于中央的措施以及偏远地区的农民都有着非常重要的意义，对于加快贯通县乡村电子商务体系和快递物流配送体系有着重要战略意义。 本研究旨在深入了解农产品供应链及其管理，特别是与JD公司A项目及柏乡县特色农产品相关的现实情境。首先，从研究背景和意义出发，本文系统地概述了农产品供应链及其协同的国内外研究现状，以及相关的文献回顾。进一步探讨了农产品供应链的基本概念和理论基础，涉及农产品、政府补贴、供应链管理及农产品供应链的独特性。在理论部分，本文引入了供应链协同理论、供应链管理理论和生鲜农产品物流理论，为后续的分析提供了坚实的基础。 在实证研究部分，本文重点研究了JD公司A项目的农产品供应链情况，深入挖掘了柏乡县特色农产品的概况，以及其供应链的现状和监管情况。为了解决上述问题，本文进一步提出了JD公司A项目农产品供应链的模式优化对策，这些策略涉及扩大消费人群、提高物流效率、供应商管理、营销策略创新、物流服务质量提升，以及农产品供应链信息系统的开发等方面。 最后，本文对所得结论进行了总结，为农产品供应链的实践提供了有益的指导和建议。希望这些发现和建议能为农产品供应链管理者、政策制定者和研究者提供有益的参考和启示。
英文摘要：	Starting from 2022, the country has launched documents requiring the promotion of urban and rural construction to accelerate. So far, this is the 19th document on urban and rural development issued by the central government, with the main aim of modernizing traditional agriculture to maximize agricultural output. However, the COVID-19 epidemic swept the world in 2019, and China has also suffered significant losses. Now only two years from the epidemic past, China's economy is still in a very fragile stage, all walks of life are facing enormous pressure, even in such circumstances, our party and the country is still moving forward, the pace of rural revitalization has never stopped. This is mainly because this strategy is of great significance to our farmers as well as to our people as a whole. Therefore, on this basis, JD company will further improve the logistics system and further improve the logistics infrastructure on the basis of science and technology, logistics and supply chain, so that not only the people in the city can enjoy the aspects, but also the remote rural people can enjoy the progress of modern science and technology. In this way, farmers in remote areas can not only enjoy the convenience, but also let their crops out, which not only increases their income, but also increases the competitiveness of crops in quality and price. This is of great significance to the central government's measures and farmers in remote areas. It has important strategic significance for speeding up the county and rural e-commerce system and express logistics distribution system. The purpose of this study is to gain a deeper understanding of the agricultural product supply chain and its management, especially in the practical context related to JD Company's A project and X County's characteristic agricultural products. Firstly, starting from the research background and significance, this article provides a systematic overview of the current research status of agricultural product supply chain and its collaboration both domestically and internationally, as well as a review of relevant literature. Further explored the basic concepts and theoretical foundations of agricultural supply chains, including agricultural products, government subsidies, supply chain management, and the unique characteristics of agricultural supply chains. In the theoretical section, this article introduces the theory of industrial ecosystems, information sharing theory, and synergy theory, providing a solid foundation for subsequent analysis. In the empirical research section, this article focuses on studying the agricultural product supply chain situation of JD Company's A project, delving into the overview of X County's characteristic agricultural products, as well as the current status and regulatory situation of its supply chain. In order to address the above issues, this article further proposes optimization strategies for the agricultural product supply chain of JD Company's A project. These strategies involve expanding consumer groups, improving logistics efficiency, supplier management, innovating marketing strategies, improving logistics service quality, and developing an agricultural product supply chain information system. Finally, this study summarizes the conclusions obtained and provides useful guidance and suggestions for the practice of agricultural product supply chains. I hope these findings and suggestions can provide useful references and insights for agricultural supply chain managers, policy makers, and researchers.
