中文摘要:供应商分类是供应商管理的重要组成部分。其主要内容是把供应商按照不同的维度区分成不同的类别,针对不同类别投入相应的资源,进行定制化的区分管理,使供应商管理具有明确的重点和优先级,便于企业做出更好的供应商选择,支持供应商体系整合和采购策略实施。 本文通过对全球知名的运动产品零售企业 DKL 公司进行研究。从供应商分类管理的角度,运用问卷调查法对管理过程中存在的问题进行收集和分析。针对在管理过程中存在的主要问题包括产品迭代滞后,合作流程繁琐以及新供应商开发缓慢,分析得出供应商分类维度不够全面,分类方案不够精细,分类管理措施对供应商不普遍适用的分类管理原因。运用德尔菲法提出优化的供应商分类维度和评估措施。从供应商合作意愿、生产能力、创新研发能力三个维度对供应商进行分类,将供应商分为一般供应商、关键供应商、制造型合作伙伴、创新型合作伙伴、行业领袖供应商、战略联盟供应商、初创型供应商七类。并针对不同类别供应商的特点提出针对性的管理措施。对零售行业进行供应商分类管理,以及本土企业作为供应商深度参与国际供应链的合作提供参考。  
英文摘要:Supplier classification is an important part of supplier management. The main content is to divide suppliers into different categories according to different dimensions, invest corresponding resources in different categories, and carry out customized differentiated management. This gives supplier management a clear focus and priority, making it easier for enterprises to make better supplier selections and supporting the integration of supplier systems and the implementation of procurement strategies. This article conducts research on DKL, a world-famous retail company. From the perspective of supplier classification management, the questionnaire method is used to collect and analyze problems existing in the management process. In view of the main problems existing in the management process, including lagging product iteration, cumbersome cooperation and slow development of new suppliers, the analysis found that the supplier classification dimensions are not comprehensive enough, the classification scheme is not precise enough, and the fundamental reasons why classification management measures are not universally applicable to suppliers. Use the Delphi method to propose optimized supplier classification dimensions and evaluation measures. Classify suppliers from three dimensions: willingness to cooperate, production capacity, and R&D innovation capabilities. Suppliers are divided into general suppliers, key suppliers, manufacturing partners, innovative partners, and industry-leading partners. Seven categories: manufacturing alliance partners and start-up suppliers. And put forward targeted management measures based on the characteristics of different categories of suppliers. Provides reference for supplier management in the retail industry and suppliers' in-depth participation in international supply chain cooperation.
