| 中文摘要: | 多年来,作为服务地方经济、服务中小微的主力,城市商业银行等中小银行在促进经济转型、推动金融创新等方面做出了积极贡献。近年来,国内外政治经济形势发生了巨大变化,银行业竞争更加激烈,部分中小银行的风险不断累积,信用风险管理水平受到巨大挑战。加强信用风险管理,已经成为城商行等中小银行亟待解决的重要课题。 国外关于商业银行信用风险管理相关内容较为丰富,研究方式整体趋向模型化。然而通过对国内文献及国内银行的历史实践研究表明,西方发达国家银行业所采用的模型化管理对商业银行信用管理并没有绝对性优势,在2023年3月由于美国硅谷银行倒闭引发的美国中小银行危机也验证了这一点。本文以A城市商业银行为案例,从信用风险组织体系、业务模式、管理手段和风险文化方面,深入分析城市商业银行面临的信用风险现状,梳理信用风险管理方面存在的问题,研究信用风险产生的具体成因,并紧密结合当前经济发展、区域环境以及银行自身资源禀赋等实际,着重在加强信用风险管理顶层设计、完善信用风险管控手段、开展持续的风险效果评估和推动信用风险文化建设等四个方面开展优化研究,并强调要做好相应的配套保障措施,将国外银行风险管理理论与国内银行业的发展实际相结合,将外部监管政策与自身资源禀赋相结合,尝试综合运用各类风险管理手段和改进措施,有效防范和化解信用风险。 本文通过对A银行信用风险管理存在的问题及产生原因进行分析,得出A银行信用风险管理存在的问题,并根据信用风险管理问题和成因,有针对性的提出了信用风险管理的优化措施,从而有利于A银行完善信用风险管理,提高经营效益和风险防控水平。A银行的信用风险管理现状及存在的问题,也是当前我国中小银行普遍存在的问题,希望本文的研究结论能够为中小银行尤其是城市商业银行和农村金融机构的信用风险管理提供研究思路,为能够有效化解中小金融机构风险提供一些启发和参考。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Over the years, as the main force serving the local economy and small and medium-sized enterprises, small and medium-sized banks such as city commercial banks have made positive contributions to promoting economic transformation and promoting financial innovation. In recent years, great changes have taken place in the political and economic situation at home and abroad, the more intense competition in the banking industry, the continuous accumulation of risks in some small and medium-sized banks, and the level of credit risk management has been greatly challenged. Strengthening credit risk management has become an important issue for city commercial banks to solve urgently. There are abundant contents related to credit risk management of commercial banks abroad, and the research methods tend to be modeled as a whole. However, through the study of domestic literature and the historical practice of domestic banks, it shows that the modeling management adopted by the banking industry in western developed countries has no absolute advantage over the credit management of commercial banks, which was also verified by the crisis of small and medium-sized banks in the United States caused by the collapse of Silicon Valley banks in March 2023. Taking city commercial bank A as a case, this paper deeply analyzes the current situation of credit risk faced by city commercial banks from the aspects of credit risk organization system, business model, management means and risk culture, combs the problems existing in credit risk management, studies the specific causes of credit risk, and closely combines the current economic development, regional environment and the bank's own resource endowment, Focus on strengthening the top-level design of credit risk management, improving the means of credit risk control, carrying out continuous risk effect assessment and promoting the construction of credit risk culture, and emphasize the need to do a good job of corresponding supporting safeguards, combine the risk management theory of foreign banks with the development reality of domestic banking industry, combine external regulatory policies with their own resource endowment, We will try to make comprehensive use of various risk management means and improvement measures to effectively prevent and resolve credit risks. This article delves into the challenges and causes of credit risk management at Bank A. It identifies the issues present in their risk management and, based on these insights, suggests targeted solutions. The goal is to enhance Bank A's risk management, boost their operational efficiency, and improve their risk mitigation capabilities.The issues faced by Bank A are not unique to Chinese small and medium-sized banks. It is hoped that the research findings of this paper can offer insights and guidance for these banks, especially for urban commercial banks and rural financial institutions, in their efforts to improve their credit risk management and mitigate risks. | |
