| 中文摘要: | 战略转型是决定战略的多个方面同时、系列的转变。当前数字技术已成为国内外新的发展引擎,数字化转型对证券公司的经营方式、服务业态和商业模式进行全方位的科技赋能,催化出更多数字化、智能化的新业态。因此,需要研究H公司证券业务的竞争战略在数字化中的新的系统措施和系统转变。 本文以波特竞争战略等理论为基础,研究H公司的数字化竞争战略转型。在回顾相关理论的基础上,本文首先分析了H公司的外部环境与内部环境中业务现状及其产品市场与活动结构所面临的数字化挑战。波特竞争战略理论中的产品市场层和价值链层构成了波特竞争战略的完整战略层次,论文从产品市场层和价值链层研究H公司证券业务的数字化转型。论文提出并分析了H公司集中差异化竞争战略竞争优势的一组稀缺价值,对产品市场层竞争的数字化转型措施进行了系统性的分析,并针对销售、服务活动等转型重点措施进行了进一步分析。作为基础和对比,论文首先对H公司证券业务的价值链细分及转型前的价值链措施进行了系统分析。在此基础上,全面系统分析了数字化对H公司价值链构建的驱动因素措施的系列影响,分析并提出了全面系统的数字化转型措施,并对其中的重点数字化转型措施做了进一步分析。论文针对所提出的数字化转型的价值链构建的系统措施,加之可以继续采用的以往的价值链构建措施,分析了其系统匹配性的内容和构建数字化转型下新的竞争优势的持久性。论文的研究内容,完成了对H公司证券业务竞争战略在数字化转型中众多方面的同时、系列的转变的系统研究。 本论文研究的结论是H公司证券业务在现有复杂的外部环境和严峻的市场环境下可以并应该选择以金融科技战略布局为基础,通过在产品市场和价值链两个层次的同时、系列的数字化转型措施,构建新的持久竞争优势。本研究是针对H公司证券业务的特定内外环境的研究,所提出的数字化转型的系统措施,对其它传统券商结合自身的特定情况实施金融科技寻找切入点提供了可供参考的分析体系和分析内容。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Strategic transformation is a series of simultaneous changes that determine multiple aspects of strategy. At present, digital technology has become a new development engine both domestically and internationally, and the new digital model based on data and technology has become a driving force for high-quality economic development. Against the backdrop of a sharp slowdown in global economic growth and the pressure on China's economy to move forward, the securities business of securities firms has encountered many obstacles. The digital transformation empowers securities companies' business methods, service formats, and business models in all aspects of technology, catalyzing more digital and intelligent new formats. Therefore, it is necessary to study the new system measures and system transformation of H Company's securities business competition strategy in digitalization. This thesis is based on theories such as Porter's competitive strategy to study H Company's digital competitive strategy transformation. On the basis of reviewing relevant theories, this thesis first analyzes the digital challenges faced by H Company's external and internal business environment, as well as its product market and activity structure. The product market layer and value chain layer in Porter's competitive strategy theory constitute the complete strategic level of Porter's competitive strategy.According to Porter's competitive strategy theory, the thesis studies the digital transformation of H Company's securities business from both the product market layer and the value chain layer. The thesis proposes and analyzes a set of scarce values for the competitive advantage of H Company's centralized and differentiated competition strategy, systematically analyzes the digital transformation measures for product market level competition, and furtherly analyzes key transformation measures such as sales and service activities. As a basis and comparison, the thesis first conducted a systematic analysis of the value chain segmentation and pre transformation value chain measures of H Company's securities business. On this basis, a comprehensive and systematic analysis was conducted on the series of impacts of digitalization on the driving factors and measures of H Company's value chain construction. Comprehensive and systematic digital transformation measures were analyzed and proposed, and further analysis was conducted on the key digital transformation measures. The thesis analyzes the systematic measures proposed for constructing the value chain of digital transformation, as well as the previous value chain construction measures that can be continued to be adopted, and analyzes the content of system compatibility and the persistence of building new competitive advantages under digital transformation. The research content of the thesis has completed a systematic study of the competitive strategy of H Company's securities business in various aspects of digital transformation, as well as a series of transformations. The conclusion of this thesis is that the securities business of H company can and should choose to be based on the financial technology strategic layout in the current complex external environment and severe market environment, and build new and sustainable competitive advantages through a series of digital transformation measures at both the product market and value chain levels. This study focuses on the specific internal and external environment of H Company's securities business. The proposed system measures for digital transformation provide a reference analysis system and content for other traditional securities firms to find entry points for implementing financial technology based on their own specific situations. | |
