中文摘要：	2009年国务院印发《物流业调整和振兴规划》，目标是到2011年，培育一批 具有国际竞争力的大型综合物流企业集团，初步建立起布局合理、技术先进、节能环保、便捷高效、安全有序并具有一定国际竞争力的现代物流服务体系，物流业规模进一步扩大,物流业增加值平均递增10%以上。目前我国物流企业普遍存在小、少、弱、散的问题，为了实现物流业调整和振兴规划的目标，必须加快物流资源整合的步伐。 第四方物流通过整合最优秀的第三方物流服务商、信息技术服务商、管理 咨询服务商和电子商务服务商等，为客户提供个性化、多样化的供应链解决方案，为客户创造更大的利润价值，是整合物流资源的有效方式。 本文是基于物流资源整合、精益物流和第四方物流管理的理论结合丰田整 车物流体系的实际情况，系统分析了同方环球（天津）物流有限公司的背景、丰田整车物流体系存在的问题点，提出了同方环球作为第四方物流公司整合丰田整车物流资源的框架和方案，即整合一汽丰田和广州丰田分散的整车运力资源、整车物流信息资源和各承运商的运输工具和装载作业，实现了最佳的物流品质和最低的物流成本，使丰田在中国更具有竞争力。 其中丰田整车运力资源整合为对一汽丰田和广州丰田实施南北共同配送和 与外部公司组成联盟实施共同配送；整车物流信息资源整合为结合看板管理,为丰田整车物流相关事业体搭建物流信息资源共享的系统平台；丰田承运商的运输工具和装载作业整合为制定的统一的符合丰田安全要求的运输工具标准和装载作业标准。 同方环球（天津）物流有限公司的组建使丰田物流体系在中国汽车市场上 率先实现了资源整合。将日本丰田先进的物流管理方式应用到同方环球物流资源整合中，提出整合方案是本文的创新点，各整合方案在中国整车物流业也是领先的，希望各方案的具体内容能够对中国物流行业资源整合产生有一定的借鉴意义，对物流业调整和振兴规划做出贡献。
英文摘要：	According to the State Council’s Plan for Adjusting and Rejuvenating the Logistics Industry in 2009, the goal is to foster an array of big comprehensive logistics corporations with international competitiveness by 2011, to preliminarily establish a modern competitive logistical service system which has a reasonable layout, applying advanced technologies, energy saving and environment protecting so that it can function in a convenient, efficient, safe and regular way, and to expand the scale of the logistics industry by 10% plus per year. Presently, the common characteristics of logistics company of our country are small, scarce, weak and scattered. In order to realize the goal of adjusting and rejuvenating the logistics industry, the integration of logistical resources must be accelerated. The Fourth-Party logistics offer a series of customized and diversified supply-chain solutions and create more profitable values for the clients by synthesizing the excellent Third-Party logistics service provider, IT service provider, consulting service provider, e-commerce service provider, etc., which is an effective way of integrating the logistical resources. Based on the theory of logistical resources integration, lean logistics and the Fourth-Party logistics management, combining with the practical circumstance of Toyota logistics system, the thesis systematically analyzed the background Tong Fang Global (Tianjin) Logistics was founded and the problems TOYOTA logistical system was confronted .The thesis also explored the approaches to seek integration solutions and put forward the frame how Tong Fang integrate the logistical resources as the Fourth-Party logistics( Tong Fang could integrate the transportation resources, information, means of conveyance and operation standard). The logistical integration solution could reduce the cost, enhanced the efficiency, and made Toyota more competitive in China. The transportation resources integration is to implement the North-South co-delivery within the company and to associate with some exterior company to constitute the transportation union. Information integration is to establish a resource-sharing information system platform of logistics, combining with the Kanban management. The means of conveyance and operation integration is to uniform the standard of logistical facilities and loading operation. The establishment of Tong Fang has made the Toyota logistical system realize the resources integration in China’s vehicle market. Applying the advanced Toyota way to integrate the logistical solution is the innovation point of this thesis. All the integration projects are first-rate in China’s entire vehicle logistics industry. I wish that the schemes and ideas could be used for reference in the research of logistics industry integration, and contribute to the adjusting and rejuvenating the logistics industry.
