英文摘要: | The purpose of this thesis is to help Samsung Property Insurance Company gain a competitive advantage in the highly competitive insurance market in China. Through strategic research, the company can gain in-depth understanding of the market competition environment, competitor strategies, and the impact of emerging technologies on the industry. Strategic research can reveal market demand, market size, and potential opportunities, helping to determine differentiation strategies and respond to competitors' initiatives. Strategic research is of significant importance in improving market share, brand awareness, and business growth. By analyzing the internal and external environment of Samsung Property Insurance, a comprehensive understanding and evaluation of its business environment can be achieved, enabling the formulation of effective strategies and decisions. This enables the company to better understand its strengths and weaknesses, seize market opportunities and risks, and develop targeted and feasible strategies and decisions. Through the selection of Samsung Property Insurance's competitive strategy, including the analysis of centralized and extensive choices from the perspective of competitive scope, the analysis of differentiated choices in low-cost and differentiated choices from the perspective of competitive advantage, and analysis of the rationality and competitive position of the applicable strategic positioning.
