| 中文摘要: | 我国经济发展步入新常态发展阶段,特别是进入“十四五”时期,把握新发展阶段,贯彻新发展理念,构建新发展格局,已经成为行业转型把握的关键要点。而普惠金融,作为焕发市场活力,能够成为提升产业发展动能的有效推动剂。2005年,联合国将普惠金融概念正式提出,紧接着普惠金融业务得到快速发展。近年来,我国普惠金融业务体系逐渐丰富,监管指标逐渐完善,普惠金融业务已经成为银行业务中重要的一部分。天津市政府印发了《关于印发天津市金融业发展“十四五”规划的通知》,规划提出要重点发展普惠金融业务,提高普惠金融服务精准度、金融服务覆盖面以及金融服务的可获得性。近几年天津市普惠金融业务蓬勃发展,中国建设银行天津分行自2018年正式成立普惠金融事业部以来,积极推动各项业务落地,也为区域经济发展和普惠客群服务积极贡献力量。但随着宏微观环境的改变,以及以中国银行、农业银行和工商银行为代表的传统国有银行,正在持续发力争取市场份额,建行天津分行普惠金融业务板块的榜首位置正面临威胁,市场份额逐渐被挤占。 本文通过对企业战略管理理论和普惠金融相关理论进行总结,阐述了普惠金融业务的发展历程。在前人研究成果的基础上,以建设银行天津市分行为分析主体,将普惠业务板块中的信贷业务作为主要的分析对象,运用PEST分析方法、波特五力模型分析方法对建行天津市分行面临的外部环境进行分析,并对其内部资源和能力进行分析,进一步运用SWOT分析方法并构建价值链分析,剖析成本领先、聚焦策略及差异化策略对于建设银行天津市分行的适用性。并与天津地区当前产业发展政策相结合,得出了建行天津市分行在维持传统行业授信策略的同时,改进差异化竞争战略执行,特别是针对重点产业链客群实施偏向聚焦的差异化策略,以高贡献度客户及潜力客户长期合作关系的构建带动综合效益的提升,进而确定竞争优势,并从经营理念、品牌价值、产品、服务营销、目标客户选择及定价审批机制做出的差异化选择,做出有别于主要竞争对手的普惠金融特色,并提出了相应的保障措施。 本文通过对中国建设银行天津分行这一区域个体进行分析,得出了普惠金融发展战略选择性结论,希望建行天津分行能够找准战略定位,提升竞争优势,同时,这也对于区域内金融机构发展普惠金融业务具有一定的借鉴意义,为共同提升区域经济服务能力提供了战略转型参考。 | |
| 英文摘要: | China's economic development has entered a new normal development stage, especially during the 14th Five Year Plan period. Grasping the new development stage, implementing the new development concept, and constructing a new development pattern have become the key points for industry transformation. Inclusive finance, as a means of revitalizing the market, can become an effective driving force for enhancing industrial development momentum. In 2005, the United Nations officially proposed the concept of inclusive finance, followed by rapid development of inclusive finance business. In recent years, China's inclusive finance business system has gradually enriched, regulatory indicators have gradually improved, and inclusive finance business has become an important part of banking business. The Tianjin Municipal Government has issued a notice on the issuance of the "14th Five Year Plan" for the development of the Tianjin financial industry, which proposes to focus on developing inclusive financial services, improving the accuracy, coverage, and accessibility of inclusive financial services. In recent years, the inclusive finance business in Tianjin has flourished. Since the establishment of the Inclusive Finance Business Unit in 2018, China Construction Bank Tianjin Branch has actively promoted the implementation of various businesses and contributed to regional economic development and inclusive customer service. But with the changes in the macro and micro environment, as well as traditional state-owned banks represented by Bank of China, Agricultural Bank of China, and Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, continuing to strive for market share, the top position in the inclusive financial business sector of China Construction Bank Tianjin Branch is under threat, and market share is gradually being squeezed out. This thesis summarizes the theories of enterprise strategic management and inclusive finance, and elaborates on the development process of inclusive finance business. On the basis of previous research results, this study focuses on the behavior analysis of China Construction Bank Tianjin Branch, with the credit business in the inclusive business sector as the main analysis object. PEST analysis method and Porter's Five Forces model analysis method are used to analyze the external environment faced by China Construction Bank Tianjin Branch, as well as its internal resources and capabilities. Furthermore, SWOT analysis method is used to construct a value chain analysis to analyze cost leadership The applicability of focus strategy and differentiation strategy for China Construction Bank Tianjin Branch. And combined with the current industrial development policies in Tianjin, it has been concluded that while maintaining the traditional industry credit strategy, China Construction Bank Tianjin Branch has improved the implementation of differentiated competition strategy, especially focusing on key industrial chain customer groups. The construction of long-term cooperative relationships with high contribution and potential customers drives the improvement of comprehensive benefits, thereby determining competitive advantages, and focusing on business philosophy, brand value Differentiated choices made in product and service marketing, target customer selection, and pricing approval mechanisms, with inclusive financial features that differ from major competitors, and corresponding safeguard measures proposed. This thesis analyzes the individual of China Construction Bank Tianjin Branch in this region and draws a selective conclusion on the development strategy of inclusive finance. It is hoped that China Construction Bank Tianjin Branch can identify its strategic positioning and enhance its competitive advantage. At the same time, this also has certain reference significance for the development of inclusive finance business by financial institutions in the region, providing a strategic transformation reference for jointly improving regional economic service capabilities. | |
