中文摘要：	生产率是一个被广泛关古老而又年轻的话题，越来越多的企业管理人员正在研究生产率。笔者通过阅读有关生产率以及如何提高生产率的国内外文献和资料，并在此基础上对S公司的生产率概念进行阐述。在结合本人所在企业的工作实践，笔者对S公司的提高生产率的项目展开研究。希望本文中的一些实例能为生产管理者指导生产实践提供参考。 本文的目的是通过探讨生产率提高相关理论知识，与S公司的相关管理实践相结合，在分析相关生产率数据的前提下找到生产型企业的管理薄弱环节，采取适当的措施提高生产型企业的的生产率。 本文从效率和利用率两个方面入手，对提高生产率的方案进性设计。从技术、维修、物流和质量多角度寻找提高生产率的方法手段。并对对改善前后的效果进行了对比，得出了一些成功的经验。 由于全球金融危机的影响，S集团的定单数量也受到了很大的冲击。在这样的特殊时期，提高生产率一些措施没有完全施行。这需要今后继续展开研究探讨。
英文摘要：	Productivity is a widely concerned ancient and young topic, more and more business executives are studying this topic. The author has learned the literatures and materials regarding productivity and how to improve productivity, based on the study, the notion of productivity of S company is clarified and introduced. With the author’s working experience gained from the company I serviced, the author studied the improve productivity project of S company. Hope that some of the cases in this paper can be a reference for some managers to guide their productive practices By exploring how to improve productivity through the relevant theoretical knowledge, integrating the managing activities of S company and to analyzing the data related to productivity, the purpose of this paper is to find managing weaknesses of manufacturing companies and take appropriate measures to improve their productivity The Author designs the plan to improve productivity from two ways of the efficiency and utilization and tries to seek methods from technical, maintenance, logistics and quality to improve productivity. As well as to gain experience by comparing the data obtained before the improving activities and after those activities. Since the global financial crisis, the number of orders has been a great impact on S company. During such a special period, some of measures to improve productivity is not fully implemented. This will require continued research to explore in the future.
