中文摘要:乡村振兴是中国近年的国家战略,应对城市化带给农村的挑战。而商业银行在乡村振兴中扮演了关键角色。银行为农村提供必要的金融服务,确保资金流动性和便利性,还为农民和乡村企业提供贷款,支持农业现代化产业项目,推动乡村经济发展。商业银行还可以通过引入金融科技促进乡村金融普及和创新,降低交易成本。 而作为一项新兴业务,在商业银行乡村振兴业务部门的组织协同中,出现了一系列问题。本文以TF银行乡村振兴业务部门为例,发现其在组织协同中存在信息流通不畅,不同部门和层级之间的业务目标和利益诉求存在分歧。商业银行乡村振兴业务内部缺乏专门用于协同工作的机制和工具,且组织结构不利于部门间开展协同。这些问题的存在,影响了商业银行乡村振兴业务部门工作的开展与部门的发展。 为了解决TF银行乡村振兴业务部门的组织协同问题,本文提出以下解决方案:首先,通过设定共同的协同目标并设计绩效考核指标和激励机制,确保部门间目标一致性和工作动力。针对组织结构,建议对业务部门职责进行重新评估并调整部门间的合作关系,同时确定协同流程和工作标准,进一步优化信息传递路径。在组织内培养强烈的协同意识和团队合作精神,建立共享知识和经验的文化氛围,以促进协同文化的形成。信息共享与沟通是协同的关键,故建议构建一个信息共享平台,并强化沟通与协调机制。为提升协同效率,应选择并推广适合的协同工具,强化数字化转型。 进一步,我们提出以下保障措施来保障乡村振兴业务部门的协同水平:首先,强化人员培训,确保业务部门与其他部门的员工具备必要的协同知识与技能。其次,引入技术支持并建设专门的信息系统,以满足协同流程和数据共享的需求。最后,设计细致的绩效评估指标和方法,并结合实时监控机制,确保协同中的任何偏差或问题能够被及时发现和调整,从而保证协同工作的高效和顺畅进行。 关键词:乡村振兴;组织协同;商业银行 
英文摘要:Rural revitalization is a national strategy in China in recent years,responding to the challenges urbanization brings to the countryside.Commercial banks play a pivotal role in this revitalization.They provide essential financial services to the countryside,ensuring liquidity and convenience.Furthermore,they offer loans to farmers and rural enterprises,supporting modern agricultural industry projects,and propelling rural economic development.By introducing financial technology,commercial banks can also promote financial inclusiveness and innovation in rural areas, reducing transaction costs. However,as an emerging business,a series of problems have arisen in the organizational collaboration of commercial banks' rural revitalization departments.Using the rural revitalization department of T Bank as an example,this article identifies issues such as ineffective information flow and discrepancies in business goals and interests between different departments and levels.There is a lack of mechanisms and tools dedicated to collaborative work within the bank's rural revitalization business,and the organizational structure is not conducive to inter-departmental collaboration.The presence of these issues poses substantial negative influences to the operation and development of commercial banks' rural revitalization business. To address these collaboration challenges in T Bank's rural revitalization department, this paper suggests the following solutions:First,by setting shared collaboration goals and designing performance assessment indicators and incentive mechanisms,alignment and motivation across departments can be ensured.Concerning the organizational structure,it is recommended to reevaluate the responsibilities of the business departments and adjust inter-departmental collaboration relations.This adjustment is coupled with establishing collaboration processes and work standards and further optimizing information transmission paths.Cultivating a strong sense of collaboration and team spirit within the organization,and establishing an atmosphere for sharing knowledge and experience,will foster a culture of collaboration.Information sharing and communication are vital to collaboration,hence the recommendation to build an information sharing platform and strengthen communication and coordination mechanisms.To enhance collaborative efficiency,it's essential to choose and promote appropriate collaboration tools, reinforcing digital transformation. Moreover,the following measures are proposed to ensure the collaborative level of the rural revitalization department:Firstly,emphasizing staff training ensures that both the department and other departments' staff possess the necessary collaboration knowledge and skills.Secondly,introducing technical support and building dedicated information systems cater to the needs of collaborative processes and data sharing.Lastly,a meticulous design of performance assessment indicators and methodologies,combined with real-time monitoring mechanisms,ensures that any deviations or issues in collaboration can be promptly identified and adjusted,guaranteeing efficient and smooth collaborative operations.
