| 中文摘要: | 在党的二十大报告中,习总书记指出“建设现代化产业体系,坚持把发展经济的着力点放在实体经济上,推进新型工业化,加快建设制造强国、质量强国、航天强国、交通强国、网络强国、数字中国”。中国制造工业的发展稳扎稳打,不论是在国内日益成熟的工业制造,还是在国际的生产格局中都可见一斑。但是也存在诸多挑战。放眼全球,经贸格局不断变化,未来我们仍将面临着信息与智能并行发展的重大挑战,目前供应链多元化、高质量发展的时代特征已见端倪。 公司和企业难以依靠传统管理及时应对风险,在于供应链中的不同位置从遭遇风险到恢复正常状态所需要的周期不同,并且各个环节之间还存在一些独有风险特性。在这种背景下,通过对汽车行业代表性企业F汽车公司与其外购件供应环节的供应风险管理运用模型分析的方法,将供应商与主机厂在计划、采购、生产、配送及退货各个环节整合在一起,系统性地识别并制定供应风险应对措施,从而帮助企业分析供应环节的潜在风险点,以提前或快速做出应对准备。 本文通过探索影响F汽车公司供应风险的因素,针对风险因素,使用分解法与核查清单法识别供应风险,使用层次分析法度量各个风险要素的重要性,然后分级制定对应的风险应对措施,建立风险监控体系和方法。 通过探索F汽车公司的供应管理风险,使得平铺式的风险管理转变为分级供应风险管理,指导专业人员对供应风险的管理更加聚焦,节约管理资源,同时也可以为中国汽车制造行业的供应风险管理提供一定的参考。 | |
| 英文摘要: | The industrial revolution has been steadily developing in China, both in the increasingly manufacturing industry domestically and in the international production pattern. But we also face many challenges. In the future, there will be significant challenges in the parallel development of information and intelligence. Currently, the era of multiple and high-quality supply chain development has begun to take shape. Due to the different recovery times for different links in the supply chain after being hit, it is difficult for enterprises to respond in a timely manner with traditional management methods. In this case, by analyzing the model of supply risk management, the supplier and factory are integrated in various stages of planning, procurement, production, distribution, and return, thereby helping enterprises analyze potential risk points in the supply chain and make preparations in advance and response quickly. This article explores the factors that affect the supply risk of F Automobile Company. In response to these risk factors, the decomposition method and checklist method are used to identify supply risks. The Analytic Hierarchy Process is used to measure each risk element, and corresponding risk response measures are developed at different levels to establish a risk monitoring system and method. By exploring the supply management risks of F Automobile Company, we can transform the flat style risk management into hierarchical supply risk management which guide engineers to focus more on most important supply risk so as to save management resources. In addition this article also provides certain reference for supply risk management in the Chinese automobile manufacturing industry. | |
