英文摘要：	With the rapid development of socio-economics and the deepening of learning culture, the study room industry in China is showing a thriving development momentum, becoming an emerging market that is currently receiving considerable attention. Study rooms, as spaces providing quiet and focused learning environments, meet the needs of students and professionals for specialized learning environments in modern society. Particularly against the backdrop of increasingly fierce competition in higher education and career development, its market demand will continue to expand. However, the development of the study room industry also faces a series of challenges, including how to choose an appropriate business location to attract more potential customers and achieve business goals. Additionally, how to stand out among numerous study rooms, form unique brand advantages, and competitiveness is also key to the industry's development. This thesis, based on thorough research into the current situation and characteristics of the development of the study room industry, employs a series of theories and methods to explore the issue of study room location selection. The paper also emphasizes the empirical application of methods. Through field surveys, expert interviews, and other methods, a large amount of primary data was collected to ensure the objectivity and accuracy of the analysis results. Firstly, through market research and theoretical discussion, the paper clearly defines several factors affecting the location of study rooms, summarizing them into several main dimensions: transportation convenience, geographical and social environment, customer market, and operating cost. After establishing these core factors, the paper further adopts the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to calculate and analyze the weights of the location factors, ensuring the scientific and accurate nature of the strategy. Based on these weight values, the paper further scores and evaluates various potential location schemes, ultimately determining the optimal location scheme. Upon determining the target location scheme, this paper also conducts in-depth financial analysis of the target scheme to verify the economic feasibility and profitability of the selected scheme, ensuring that the target scheme is not only theoretically sound but also has high executability in practical operations. The study room industry will continue to maintain a stable development momentum in China, especially in the context where the knowledge economy is gradually becoming mainstream in society, and the demand for providing professional learning spaces will be even more robust. This research not only provides a scientific site selection strategy basis for the actual location selection of the study room industry but also provides new perspectives and methods for related academic research and practical discussion. By deeply analyzing various factors in the selection of study room locations and using scientific methods to draw conclusions, this paper improves the accuracy and efficiency of site selection strategy. It is hoped that this research can provide certain theoretical support and practical guidance for the healthy and sustainable development of the study room industry, and also provide inspiration and reference for future researchers in related fields.
