| 中文摘要: | 我国建筑业自上世纪八十年代起,作为城市经济体制改革的突破口率先走向市场化,二十一世纪以来伴随着城镇化进程加速,土地财政等一系列经济催化剂作用,建筑业在国民经济的发展中始终扮演着举足轻重的角色,绝大多数建筑业企业更是在上一个十年中取得了超额收益并实现了超速规模增长。近几年来,随着大规模政府投资拉动经济的边际效用的降低、成本侧和市场侧的人口红利的消失、土地财政和衍生金融的思想转变,建筑业面临着绿色和可持续发展、信息技术的应用、建筑工艺和技术的创新、项目管理的专业化、国际化和多元化等多重机遇和挑战的叠加态。建筑企业需要积极应对新的发展趋势和挑战,及时进行战略转型,不断提升自身的竞争力和可持续发展能力。 本研究选择 ZJKG 集团作为研究对象,其在十三五末期出现发展瓶颈,体量维持在百亿级别,企业亟需进行战略转型、组织变革与流程再造,主动求变以适应新发展环境,以谋求在新发展环境下的高质量、可持续发展。本研究通过分析其战略转型的动因、新发展环境、战略转型方向与转型的支撑保障措施,得出结论。企业在未来发展中,如能坚持战略定力,围绕着市场的发展状况制定战略目标,落实各项变革,转化转型成果,可以实现高质量可持续规模发展。 通过本次对 ZJKG 集团战略转型的研究,归纳出现阶段建筑行业破局的关键在于在管理实践中不断完善战略规划、强化组织变革管理、加强市场营销能力、推动创新和技术升级、建立高效的协作机制。通过贯彻这些启示,同行业企业可以提高战略转型的成功率,推动建筑业的可持续发展。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Since the 1980s, China's construction industry has taken the lead to marketization as a breakthrough of urban economic system reform. With the acceleration of urbanization and a series of economic catalysts such as land finance since the 21st century, the construction industry has always played a pivotal role in the development of the national economy. The vast majority of construction enterprises in the last ten years to achieve excess earnings and achieve excessive scale growth. In recent years, with the reduction of the marginal utility of the economy driven by large-scale government investment, the disappearance of the demographic dividend on the cost side and the market side, and the ideological change of land finance and derivative finance, The construction industry is faced with the superposition of multiple opportunities and challenges such as green and sustainable development, application of information technology, innovation of construction technology and technology, specialization, internationalization and diversification of project management. Construction enterprises need to actively respond to new development trends and challenges, timely strategic transformation, and constantly improve their competitiveness and sustainable development capabilities. In this study, ZJKG Group was selected as the research object, and its development bottleneck occurred at the end of the 13th Five-Year Plan period, and its volume remained at the level of 10 billion. The enterprise urgently needed to carry out strategic transformation, organizational reform and process reengineering, actively seek changes to adapt to the new development environment, and seek high-quality and sustainable development in the new development environment. This study draws a conclusion by analyzing the motivation, new development environment, direction of strategic transformation and supporting measures of transformation. In the future development of enterprises, if they can adhere to strategic focus, formulate strategic? goals around the development of the market, implement various changes, and transform the results of transformation, they can achieve high-quality sustainable scale development. Through this study on the strategic transformation of ZJKG Group, it is concluded that the key to breaking the construction industry in the emerging stage is to continuously improve strategic planning in management practice, strengthen organizational change management, strengthen marketing capabilities, promote innovation and technology upgrading, and establish efficient collaboration mechanisms. By implementing these insights, companies in the same industry can improve the success rate of strategic transformation and promote the sustainable development of the construction industry. | |
