中文摘要:随着国民经济的高速发展,服务产业规模不断提升,家政服务需求发展前景广阔,趋势明显。2021年上半年,家政企业注册数量突破100万家,市场规模突破3千亿,达到3071亿元。家政服务行业用数据证明已经摆脱疫情影响,重拾增长。其大规模市场及高成长性的特点,引来大量投资机构和相关行业巨头的关注,但家政服务行业还是处于“小散乱”的行业发展初期,从业人员专业性、从业者信用、行业规范等都处于初级阶段,而家政服务行业重资产重运营的特性,也使简单套用互联网模式,寄希望于通过补贴获取流量,进而拉高营收,最终通过上市退出的方式很难奏效。 J公司是一家初创型科技公司,主营业务是家政服务平台的搭建及运营。面对服务品种多样,行业标准模糊,从业人员教育水平偏低,初期投资金额有限等制约因素,J公司只有在现有的行业基础上找到属于自己的商业机会,打造独特的商业模式,才有机会在家政服务行业的高速增长大潮中迎来高速发展,分享行业成长的红利。因此本文的研究问题为:家政服务行业现状如何,J公司现阶段的商业模式如何,现存的问题有哪些,如何根据J公司现状进行商业模式优化,如何为J公司在创业阶段提供有效的实施保障。 本文通过对J公司现有模式及问题的分析,结合创业理论及商业模式理论的应用,对J公司的问题提出解决与优化方案,并运用七大领域模型对优化方案提出实施保障方案。由于发展阶段限制,所有的模式都有机会,所有的模式也都有待时间的检验,本文很难在此时间点做出完全准确的判断,但是可以运用已被验证过的管理体系模型,对现状进行推演,使企业做出最合理的选择,此分析方法和结论也对家政服务行业科技公司有着很好的借鉴意义。 
英文摘要:With the rapid development of the national economy and the continuous increase in the scale of the service industry, the demand for home services has broad prospects and a clear trend. In the first half of 2021, the market size of China's home service industry reached 307.1 billion yuan, and it has gradually emerged from the impact of the epidemic and resumed growth. The number of home service enterprises has exceeded 1 million, making it an important industry to absorb rural migrant labor. The large-scale market and high growth characteristics have attracted the attention of a large number of investment institutions and related industry giants. However, the home service industry is still in the early stages of "small and scattered" industry development, with the professionalism of employees, credit of practitioners, and industry standards in the early stages. The heavy asset and heavy operation characteristics of the home service industry also make it easy to apply the Internet model, quickly obtain traffic through subsidies, and increase revenue, The method of listing and cashing out is difficult to work in the home service industry. J Company is a start-up technology company, mainly engaged in the construction and operation of a home service platform. Faced with various types of services, unclear industry standards, low levels of education among employees, and limited initial investment amounts, J Company can only find its own business opportunities based on the existing industry and create a unique business model, in order to have the opportunity to usher in rapid development and share the dividends of industry growth in the high-speed growth trend of the home service industry. Therefore, the research questions of this thesis are: what is the current situation of the home service industry, what is the current business model of Company J, what are the existing problems, how to optimize the business model based on the current situation of Company J, and how to provide effective implementation guarantees for Company J in the entrepreneurial stage. This thesis analyzes the existing models and problems of Company J, and combines the application of entrepreneurial theory and business model theory to propose solutions and optimization plans for Company J's problems. Seven major domain models are used to propose implementation guarantee plans for the optimization plan.Due to the limitations of the development stage, all models have opportunities, and all models also need to be tested over time. It is difficult for us to make a completely accurate judgment at this time point. However, we can use validated management system models to deduce the current situation and enable enterprises to make the most reasonable choices. This analysis method and conclusion also have good reference significance for technology companies in the home service industry.
