中文摘要: | 随着信息化、大数据等技术的快速升级,工业园区能源保供公司的收费管理模式仍采用传统方式,显然已经跟不上时代的步伐。为了企业自身发展,能够更好的服务入区企业,提高收费管理工作效率,提升客户体验和满意度,工业园区能源保供公司要基于业财融合的视角下,在收费管理过程中进行业务流程优化,同时加强企业应收账款风险管理控制,才能实现企业高质量可持续发展。 本文以Y能源保供公司作为案例企业,通过对业财融合和流程优化进行了国内外文献综述,运用文献分析法、案例分析法、问卷调查法等研究方法,结合业财融合、流程优化、应收账款风险管理三大理论作为基础,对Y能源保供公司的收费管理业务进行研究。从Y能源保供公司收费管理业务现状出发,发现存在业务数据与财务数据不匹配、流程耗时长、应收账款风险升高、人员配置不合理的问题,并进行了原因分析。主要原因为业务层与财务层渗透度低、收费流程中存在重复冗长步骤、缺少应收账款风险控制管理以及人才储备不足。提出了Y能源保供公司收费管理业务优化改进方案,依托能源收费管理系统,加强信息化水平,促进Y能源保供公司业财融合。缩短收费管理业务流程耗时,删除、简化、整合那些重复的、不必要的和不确定的流程与环节,来实现提升收费管理的整体效率。提升应收账款风险管理水平,构建应收账款风险管理控制机制,提高Y能源保供公司回款率。培养业财融合专业人才,满足企业业务扩展和市场的不断变化。通过对Y能源保供公司收费管理业务优化改进方案的设计,探索出了能够实现推广意义的工业园区能源保供公司收费管理的新模式,对本地区乃至全国工业园区发展提供了一定的参考价值。 | |
英文摘要: | With the rapid upgrading of information technology, big data, and other technologies, the charging management mode of energy supply companies in industrial parks still adopts traditional methods, which clearly cannot keep up with the pace of the times. In order for the development of the enterprise itself, to better serve the enterprises entering the zone, improve the efficiency of fee management, enhance customer experience and satisfaction, energy supply companies in industrial parks should optimize their business processes in the fee management process from the perspective of industry finance integration, and strengthen the risk management control of enterprise accounts receivable in order to achieve high-quality and sustainable development of the enterprise. This paper takes Y Energy Supply Guarantee Company as a case enterprise and conducts a literature review on industry finance integration and process optimization both domestically and internationally. Using research methods such as literature analysis, case analysis, and questionnaire survey, combined with the three major theories of industry finance integration, process optimization, and accounts receivable risk management, the fee management business of Y Energy Supply Guarantee Company is studied. Starting from the current situation of Y Energy Supply Guarantee Company's fee management business, it was found that there are problems such as mismatch between business data and financial data, long process time, increased accounts receivable risk, and unreasonable personnel allocation. The reasons were analyzed. The main reasons are low penetration between the business and financial layers, repetitive and lengthy steps in the charging process, lack of accounts receivable risk control management, and insufficient talent reserves. We have proposed an optimization and improvement plan for the fee management business of Y Energy Supply Guarantee Company, relying on the energy fee management system to strengthen the level of informatization and promote the integration of industry and finance of Y Energy Supply Guarantee Company. Shorten the time consumption of fee management business processes, delete, simplify, and integrate those repetitive, unnecessary, and uncertain processes and links, in order to improve the overall efficiency of fee management. Improve the level of accounts receivable risk management, establish a mechanism for controlling accounts receivable risk management, and increase the collection rate of Y Energy Supply Company. Cultivate professional talents in the integration of industry and finance to meet the needs of enterprise business expansion and continuous market changes. Through the design of an optimization and improvement plan for the fee management business of Y Energy Supply Company, a new model of fee management for industrial park energy supply companies that can achieve promotion significance has been explored, providing certain reference value for the development of industrial parks in this region and even the whole country. | |
