| 中文摘要: | A公司始建于1950年,是典型的传统装备制造业企业,公司主要是从事油田开发、天然气利用、工业气体输送等领域所需的工艺性压缩机的设计、制造和销售业务。2014年以来,受国家大力发展新能源电动车宏观产业政策调整的影响,天然气压缩机应用市场急剧下滑,公司经营受到严峻挑战。而近年来,环保产业成为重点支持产业,环保装备产业也明显受益,前景向好。面对新的转型发展机遇,实施精准有效的竞争战略,消除公司单一压缩机业务模式所带来的运营系统性风险,势在必行。 在不断变化的宏观环境中为本企业发展精准的选择适合本企业的竞争战略对于企业的发展十分重要。竞争战略即是企业通过发挥自身的资源优势和能力,适应宏观环境的变化,从而在竞争市场中获得竞争优势的一系列规划和行动。本论文主要以A公司环保装备业务为研究案例,环保装备业务指垃圾渗滤液处理装备业务。首先,运用PEST工具对A公司宏观环境进行分析,并结合战略分组、产业细分以及五力模型对竞争环境进行分析,同时通过A公司的发展历程、业务现状、优势与问题对其内部环境进行分析。通过对内外部环境的系统分析,运用波特竞争战略理论,总结出A公司在发展过程中适合广泛差异化竞争战略。选择适合本公司的竞争战略后,通过对价值链细分,识别出细分活动,寻找到支撑竞争优势的关键价值活动。通过运用差异化驱动因素对价值链的构建的系统措施及其重点措施进行系统分析,并通过分析这些活动的构建措施的系统匹配性形成的一致性和难以模仿性,建立企业在产品市场层的持久竞争优势。 通过以上的分析和研究,将A公司环保装备业务的竞争战略进行系统研究,为本公司获得持续竞争优势和利润来源提供理论支撑,也为其他传统型单一产品制造业在新的发展形势下提供一定的借鉴。 | |
| 英文摘要: | A Company was founded in 1950 which is a typical traditional equipment manufacturing enterprise. The company mainly engages in the design, manufacturing, and sales of technological compressors required in fields such as oilfield development, natural gas utilization, and industrial gas transportation. Since 2014, influenced by the macro industrial policy adjustment of the country's vigorous development of new energy electric vehicles, the natural gas compressor application market has sharply declined, and the company's operations have faced severe challenges. At the same time, the environmental protection industry has become a key supporting industry in recent years, the environmental protection equipment industry has also benefited significantly, which has a bright development prospect. So, it is imperative to formulate an accurate competitive strategy to eliminate the operational systemic risks brought by the company's single compressor business model under new development opportunities. It is crucial for the development of a company to accurately select a competitive strategy which is suitable for the company in the constantly changing macro environment. Competitive strategy refers to a series of plans and actions taken by enterprises to adapt to changes in the macro environment by leveraging their resource advantages and capabilities, in order to gain a competitive advantage in the competitive market. This thesis mainly focuses on the environmental protection equipment business of A Company as a research case, environmental protection equipment business refers to the business of garbage leachate treatment equipment. First of all, PEST tool is used to analyze the macro environment of A Company, while combining strategic grouping, industry segmentation, and the Five Forces Model to analyze the competitive environment. Meanwhile, internal environment analysis is conducted on the development history, business status, strengths and problems. Through a systematic analysis of the internal and external environment and the application of Porter's competitive strategy theory, it is concluded that A Company is suitable for broad differentiation strategy in its development process. After selecting a competitive strategy that is suitable for the company, the segmentation activities and key value activities that support competitive advantages were identified by segmenting the value chain. The durable competitive advantage for enterprises at the product market level should be established through the analysis of the systematic measures and key measures about the value chain construction by applying differentiation drivers, and through the consistency and difficult-to-imitation formed by the systematic fitness of these activities' measures. Through aforementioned analysis and research, the systematic study will be conducted on the competitive strategy of A Company's environmental protection equipment business, which can provide theoretical support for the company to obtain sustained competitive advantages and economic benefits, and also provide reference for other traditional single product manufacturing industries in the new development situation. | |
