| 英文摘要: | In today's competitive business environment, construction companies must have superior construction teams and high levels of technology, and therefore need an efficient bulk material procurement management system. By delving into the procurement management practices of Company Z, this thesis proposes that optimizing bulk material procurement management has direct competitive advantages and business value for Company Z. It can increase the company's competitiveness, promote the successful implementation of projects, reduce resource costs, and improve the cooperative relationship with suppliers. The thesis begins with a detailed description of the basic concepts and key elements of purchasing management. This includes core concepts such as the importance of purchasing decisions, how to select the right suppliers, how to manage the purchasing process to ensure efficiency, and how to effectively control purchasing costs. After detailing the basic concepts of procurement management, this thesis explores a series of procurement management optimization methods and tools for procurement strategy optimization, process optimization, and supplier management optimization, including centralized purchasing, digital purchasing, and Karajak matrix and other approaches or tools that help risk management and strategy optimization. Subsequently, based on domestic and international research, this thesis provides an in-depth analysis of the current state of procurement management in Company Z. It describes the company's background and profile, and examines in detail the problems of its procurement management on bulk materials, such as high procurement costs, overall procurement inefficiency and lack of refinement in supplier management. After an in-depth analysis of Company Z's problems, this thesis then proposes optimization measures from three aspects, namely organizational structure optimization, procurement process optimization, and refined management of suppliers of bulk materials, respectively, by establishing a large-scale centralized procurement center, creating a procurement process specific to bulk materials, and improving the classification management and evaluation of suppliers of bulk materials. To ensure the successful implementation of these strategies, this thesis proposes a series of implementation safeguards. These include senior leadership support, the establishment of a procurement staff reward and punishment policy, cross-departmental assistance and the establishment of a supplier reward and punishment policy, and an analysis of the effects based on these safeguards. Taken together, this study provides a comprehensive set of purchasing management improvement strategies to address the challenges facing purchasing management in Company Z. These strategies are based on theoretical knowledge and practical experience, and by proposing bulk material optimization strategies and implementing safeguards, they provide smarter choices for corporate bulk material procurement management. At the same time, the study provides valuable lessons for other companies to improve in the area of bulk material procurement management. | |
