中文摘要:伴随着国家双碳战略推动,我们国家加大了对可再生能源的支持力度,光伏发电作为清洁的可再生能源的重要代表,国家的新能源战略推动了光伏行业的发展,同时也迎来的新的机遇,使其成为实现低碳经济转型的重要手段。中国政府实施一系列政策,如提供资金支持、补贴和税收优惠等,用来推动光伏行业的发展。目前我国的光伏行业已进入全面市场化,光伏发电的成本在某些光照条件好的地区,相比较传统能源已具备强大的优势。2022年,全国光伏新增装机容量达88GW,截至2023年上半年,国内新增光伏装机容量已突破2022年全年装机量。市场需求的不断扩张赋予了光伏行业前进的动力,也吸引来了众多公司参与其中,导致竞争愈发激烈。 SW公司作为参与竞争的企业之一,其所在的行业链的位置导致其承受着多方挑战,要平衡售价与成本的关系,用有优势的价格参与竞争,同时要在业绩增长和利润增长之间找到平衡。供应商资源作为企业重要的外部资源,其管理在这个找寻平衡的过程中扮演了重要角色,供应商能否为企业提供有成本优势的物料很大程度上影响了SW公司的市场竞争力。通过对曾经参与过的一系列项目的执行情况的汇总与分析,SW公司发现了一些在供应商管理方面的缺陷与不足,问题突出点主要集中在供应商准入即供应商的选择,供应商分级管理与供应商绩效考核管理。并通过内部和外部原因分析以及先进管理理论的支撑,使用卡拉杰克矩阵模型,供应商管理相关理论,部门信息共享及供应商的绩效考核机制,完善流程以及各考核指标,帮助公司进行供应商分级管理,供应商考核,并在最后针对方案的顺利实施提出了一些保障措施,并展示了实施效果。 通过这一系列管理方法的优化与实施,希望能够提高SW在行业中的竞争优势,降低项目执行风险,提高企业利润率。同时希望这些优化方案能够为同行业或同类型企业带来启发。  
英文摘要:With the promotion of the national dual carbon strategy, our country has strengthened its support for renewable energy. Photovoltaic power generation, as an important representative of clean renewable energy, has promoted the development of the photovoltaic industry through the national new energy strategy, while also ushering in new opportunities, making it an important means to achieve low-carbon economic transformation. The Chinese government implements a series of policies, such as providing financial support, subsidies, and tax incentives, to promote the development of the photovoltaic industry. At present, China's photovoltaic industry has entered a comprehensive marketization process, and the cost of photovoltaic power generation has strong advantages compared to traditional energy in certain areas with good lighting conditions. In 2022, the newly added photovoltaic installed capacity in China reached 88GW. As of the first half of 2023, the newly added photovoltaic installed capacity in China has exceeded the annual installed capacity in 2022. The continuous expansion of market demand has given the photovoltaic industry the driving force to move forward, and has also attracted many companies to participate, leading to increasingly fierce competition. As one of the enterprises participating in competition, SW Company is facing multiple challenges due to its position in the industry chain. It is necessary to balance the relationship between selling price and cost, participate in competition with advantageous prices, and find a balance between performance growth and profit growth. Supplier resources, as an important external resource for enterprises, play an important role in the process of seeking balance. Whether suppliers can provide cost-effective materials for the enterprise greatly affects the market competitiveness of SW Company. Through the summary and analysis of the execution status of a series of projects that SW Company has participated in, it has identified some deficiencies and deficiencies in supplier management. The prominent issues mainly focus on supplier admission, i.e. supplier selection, supplier grading management, and supplier performance evaluation management. And through internal and external cause analysis, as well as support from advanced management theories, using the Karajack matrix model, supplier management related theories, departmental information sharing, and supplier performance evaluation mechanisms, improving processes and various evaluation indicators, we assisted the company in supplier hierarchical management and supplier assessment. Finally, we proposed some guarantee measures for the smooth implementation of the plan and demonstrated the implementation effect. Through the optimization and implementation of this series of management methods, it is hoped that SW can enhance its competitive advantage in the industry, reduce project execution risks, and improve enterprise profitability. At the same time, we hope that these optimization plans can bring inspiration to enterprises in the same industry or type.
