| 中文摘要: | 随着经济的发展和社会的进步,医疗行业作为社会公益事业的支柱,其发展越来越受到关注。医疗设备的更新和维护给医疗机构带来了一定的经济压力,而融资租赁作为一种可以同时解决承租人融资以及融物需求的解决方案,可以为医疗机构提供灵活的资产更新方案。本研究旨在分析Z融资租赁公司在医疗行业开展融资租赁业务的竞争战略,通过对其内外部环境的分析和研究,提出可行的竞争战略方案,为Z融资租赁公司在医疗行业的持续发展提供指导。 本研究采用文献研究和案例分析相结合的方法,对Z融资租赁公司在医疗行业的竞争战略进行深入研究。在梳理已有文献的基础上,首先对战略和竞争战略及其相关分析方法相关理论进行了回顾,在对Z公司进行了简要介绍后,对融资租赁行业的外部环境、Z公司内部环境进行了分析,之后结合Z公司的愿景以及使命分别就集中化与广泛化、低成本与差异化的竞争战略进行了比较、可行性分析,并最终选择了适合Z公司的集中差异化竞争战略。 研究发现,Z融资租赁公司在医疗行业的竞争战略主要体现在其专业化服务和对客户需求的深度理解上。通过在医疗行业长期耕耘,Z融资租赁公司在人力资源、品牌资源以及知识资源方面积累深厚,通过分析得出其核心能力在于接近客户和市场的能力、诚信有关的能力以及资产管理有关的能力。通过价值链分析得出其需在销售渠道、产品组合以及风控体系三个方面实施差异化。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the development of economy and social progress, the development of the healthcare industry has attracted more and more attention. The renewal and maintenance of medical equipment have brought certain economic pressure to medical institutions, financial leasing can provide flexible asset renewal scheme for medical institutions. The purpose of this study is to analyze the competitive strategy of Z company to carry out financial leasing business in the healthcare industry, and propose feasible competitive strategies through the analysis and research of its internal and external environment, so as to provide guidance for the sustainable development of Z financial leasing company in the medical industry. This study uses a combination of literature research and case analysis to deeply study the competitive strategy of Z company in the medical industry. On the basis of combing the existing literature, after the Z company is briefly introduced, the external environment is analyzed, Z company internal environment, after its vision and mission are centralized and extensive, low cost and differentiation of competitive strategy comparison, feasibility analysis, and finally chose suitable for Z company differentiated competitive strategy. The study found that Z company's competitive strategy in the medical industry is mainly reflected in its professional services and deep understanding of customer needs. Through long-term work in the medical industry, Z financial leasing company has accumulated profound achievements in human resources, brand resources and knowledge resources. Through analysis, its core ability lies in the ability to get close to customers and the market, the ability related to integrity and asset management. Through the value chain analysis, it needs to implement differentiation in three aspects: sales channel, product portfolio and risk control system. | |
