中文摘要:随着经济的不断发展,人民风险管理意识不断提升,保险行业规模也不断扩大。保险作为风险管理的一种重要手段,其主要功能是满足不同人群的风险保障需求,降低群众的财务风险。保险行业的持续性发展主要得益于其经济补偿、资金融通、社会管理职能。近年来我国保险行业稳步发展,社会对保险需求及认识的变化,使得我国已成为保险需求大国。但近年来保险行业原保费增速放缓,2021年中国保险行业原保费收入同比增长4.1%,其中财险原保费份额达 26%,对于财险公司既是机遇也是挑战。 人保财险 TC 公司与本地其他保险公司相比,深耕于当地保险市场,服务网点遍布城乡镇,市场份额在本地高达 30%。但随着保险监管政策的不断变化,外资保险企业进入市场,原有市场格局发生了巨大的变化;各大保险主体的快速发展,使得原有公司竞争优势下降;新冠疫情冲击,财产保险增量业务下滑;保险需求变得多元化,原有的产品结构不足以满足客户多元化的保障需求,给人保财险TC公司带了新的挑战,也成为提升公司核心竞争力的关键。 本论文以人保财险 TC 公司作为研究对象,采用案例分析法、文献研究法,在战略管理及战略管理研究的相关理论上,综合运用 PEST、五力模型等分析方法进行企业环境分析,包括内部环境分析与外部环境分析,运用 SWOT 分析法提出公司发展战略的方案,包括战略的总体目标、具体目标、重点途径。并且提出人保财险 TC 公司战略实施保障内容及路径,涉及人力资源保障、组织架构保障、渠道建设保障、金融科技保障四个方面。最后,归纳结论和展望。 目前与人保财险 TC 公司同类型财险公司还有很多,同行业竞争仍然激烈,但在车险限速的监管要求与综改让利的背景下,对于财险公司发展战略研究,实施穿透式管理的研究较少。人保财险 TC 公司在本地扎根多年,其问题具有一定代表性,本论文通过对 TC 公司的发展战略研究,为相关研究提供保险行业的案例,也为类似的保险企业提供一定战略研究依据和指导。 
英文摘要:With the continuous improvement of economic level, people's awareness of risk protection is constantly enhanced, and the scale of insurance market is constantly expanding. As a way of insurance risk management, it can meet the risk protection needs of different groups of people and reduce their financial risks. Its functions of economic compensation, financial financing and social management make the insurance industry develop continuously. Due to the steady development of China's insurance industry and the change of social demand and understanding of insurance, China has become a big insurance demand country. However, in recent years, the growth rate of the original premium of insurance industry has slowed down. In 2021, the original premium income of China's insurance industry increased by 4.1% year-on-year, of which the original premium share of property insurance reached 26%, which is both an opportunity and a challenge for property insurance companies. Compared with other local insurance companies, PICC TC Branch is deeply rooted in the local insurance market, with service outlets all over cities and towns, and its market share is as high as 30% locally. However, with the entry of foreign insurance companies, the original market structure has been broken; The rapid development of major insurance entities has reduced the competitive advantage of the original companies; COVID-19 epidemic impact, property insurance incremental business decline; The diversified insurance demand and the original product structure are not enough to meet the diversified guarantee demand, all of which have brought new challenges to PICC P&C TC Branch and become the key to enhance the company's core competitiveness. This paper takes PICC Property and Casualty Insurance TC Company as the research object, using case analysis and literature research methods. Based on the relevant theories of strategic management and strategic management research, PEST, Five Forces Model and other analysis methods are comprehensively used to analyze the enterprise environment, including internal and external environment analysis. SWOT analysis is used to propose a plan for the company's strategic transformation, including the overall goals, specific goals, and key paths of the strategy..Meanwhile, it puts forward the content and path of the strategic implementation guarantee of PICC P&C TC Branch, which involves optimizing the human resource capacity, optimizing the organizational structure, expanding the main business, enhancing the technological empowerment and so on. Finally, the conclusion and prospect are summarized.And propose the content and path of strategic implementation guarantee for PICC Property and Casualty Insurance TC Company, which involves optimizing human resource capabilities, optimizing organizational structure, and enhancing technological empowerment. At present, there are many property insurance companies of the same type as PICC Property and Casualty Insurance TC Company, and competition in the same industry is still fierce. However, in the context of regulatory requirements for speed limits in car insurance and comprehensive reform and profit sharing, there is relatively little research on the development strategy of property insurance companies and the implementation of penetrating management. Through the strategic transformation research of TC Branch, this paper provides a case of insurance industry for related strategic transformation research, and also provides some strategic research basis and guidance for similar insurance companies.
