中文摘要:自2018年至今,医改进入了新阶段,由原来的各地分散管理转变为国家医疗保障局统一管理。政府通过出台一些列政策,减轻患者用药负担、降低药品价格、整顿药品市场秩序、进一步保证患者的用药安全。整个医药行业在医疗市场需求增加、监管标准趋严的环境下,纷纷寻求合适的发展方向和竞争战略。 在此背景下,本文选取G公司,以G公司主营业务之一进口原料药业务为研究对象,参考迈克尔波特教授竞争战略相关理论制定竞争战略。首先,在第二章介绍本论文使用的医药行业相关理论概念,战略理论综述,并对本论文中用到的战略理论和分析工具做解释和说明。其次,在第三章对原料药行业动态,G公司情况及存在的问题来进行详实的介绍。第四章运用相关理论工具对企业面临的内外部环境做分析,了解G公司进口原料药业务面临的宏观环境、产业环境及自身应对机遇挑战时所拥有的核心资源与能力。再次,在第五章通过 SWOT 矩阵和三大通用战略的可行性分析,为研究对象做出恰当的竞争战略选择。之后,在第六章通过对G公司进口原料药业务价值链的细分和驱动因素分析找到了稀缺价值活动,给出了提升稀缺价值活动独特性的战略实施措施。最后是本论文的结论、创新之处以及对未来研究的展望。 鉴于G公司处于战略转型期,笔者希望通过制定此竞争战略,帮助企业主业找准定位实现高速发展。 
英文摘要:Since 2018, the medical reform has entered a new stage, from the original decentralized management to the unified management of the National Medical Security Bureau. The government is promulgating a series of policies to reduce the drug burden of patients, reduce drug prices, standardize the order of the industry, and improve drug safety for patients. Under the environment of increasing medical demand and stricter regulatory standards, the entire pharmaceutical industry is seeking suitable development directions and competitive strategies. In this context, this thesis selects G Company and focuses on the import of API, one of G Company's main businesses, as the research object. It draws on Professor Michael Porter's theory of competitive strategy to develop a competitive strategy. Firstly, in Chapter 2, the relevant theoretical concepts of the pharmaceutical industry used in this thesis are introduced, and the strategic theories and analytical tools used in this thesis are explained and explained. Secondly, in Chapter 3, a detailed introduction will be given to the dynamics of the API industry, the situation and existing problems of G Company. Chapter 4 uses relevant theoretical tools to analyze the internal and external environment faced by the company, to understand the macro environment, industrial environment, and core resources and capabilities that G Company faces when dealing with opportunities and challenges in its import of API business. Once again, in Chapter 5, through the SWOT matrix and feasibility analysis of the three general strategies, appropriate competitive strategy choices are made for the research object. Afterwards, in Chapter 6, the scarce value activities were identified through the segmentation and driving factor analysis of the value chain of G Company's imported API business, and strategic implementation measures were proposed to enhance the uniqueness of the scarce value activities. Finally, the conclusion, innovations, and prospects for future research of this thesis are presented.Given that Company G is in a period of strategic transformation, the author hopes that by formulating this competitive strategy, it can help the company find the right position for its main business and achieve rapid development.
