| 英文摘要: | As the development of China's private equity investment has entered a mature stage, as of the end of December 2019, there were 14,882 private equity and venture capital fund managers registered with the Asset Management Association of China, and nearly 30,000 private equity investment funds were registered. The scale of management exceeded 10 trillion yuan. Most of these funds were invested in strategic emerging industries and high-tech enterprises supported by the state, which played an important role in adjusting the national economic structure and promoting the rapid development of high-tech industries. However, after the private equity investment institutions complete the investment in the project, how to conduct post-investment management and help the invested enterprises to develop better and faster is the main problem at present. This paper takes H equity investment fund as an example, focuses on the post-investment management of the fund, and puts forward solutions and optimization suggestions. The author of this article believes that the professionalization and refinement of post-investment management will be the trend in the future, and it is necessary to establish a more complete post-investment management system and professional team to improve the performance management and governance capabilities of the invested companies. At the same time, more and more applications of data analysis and artificial intelligence technology will help to better monitor the status of investment projects and improve the efficiency of post-investment management. In addition, the improvement of risk control and dispute resolution mechanism, the cooperation between state-owned investment platforms and private equity funds, as well as social responsibility and environmental protection will also become important contents of future post-investment management. According to the specific situation of H Company, the article proposes to establish a sound post-investment management system, strengthen the financial data analysis of the invested companies, establish an effective post-investment evaluation system, strengthen the control of market risk and operational risk, and establish a suitable management team. , Improving the governance mechanism and clarifying the boundaries of rights and responsibilities between state-owned investment platforms and private equity funds.
