| 中文摘要: | 当今时代,随着科技的快速发展,银行业的传统经营模式也在不断被升级优化,过去的线下渠道的繁杂模式也在不断被线上及“云”渠道迭代更新,提升效率的同时不断加强商业银行的服务质量。数字化转型对于推动企业发展,提升企业价值具有重大意义。 本文以A银行资产托管业务作为研究对象,对其数字化转型进行探究,结合A银行数字化转型发展历程及资产托管业务营运平台的发展对其发展历史进行分析。从战略思路、资产托管营运规划、数据治理和金融科技建设四方面对其数字化转型现状进行了分析。通过结合九大管理选取合适指标建立评价体系,从内部环境和外部环境进行问题分析。通过SWOT-AHP分析进行战略选择,首先通过SWOT分析对A银行资产托管业务数字化转型的优势、劣势、机遇、威胁四个维度进行了具体分析,得到其宜选择SO战略或ST战略。另外将SWOT分析结果总结为不同指标,通过选取A银行内部相关业务的部分员工进行问卷调研,通过AHP分析对调研结果进行量化,一方面对SWOT结论进行验证,另一方面避免战略制定者和落实战略的员工间的上下层认知偏差,最终得出了其战略发展宜偏向SO增长型战略。另外针对研究结果从强化营运科技建设、全面降低操作风险和强化营运团队建设三方面做出了保障措施。 本文借A银行资产托管业务数字化转型研究,旨在通过先进的银行业数字化转型发展成果,透过资产托管业务营运下的数字化转型成果,总结相关经验方法,找出不足,为其进一步发展寻找值得实践的方向。 | |
| 英文摘要: | In today's era, with the rapid development of science and technology, the traditional business model of the banking industry is constantly being upgraded and optimized, and the complex mode of the past offline channels is constantly being iteratively updated by online and "cloud" channels, so as to improve efficiency and continuously strengthen the service quality of commercial banks. Digital transformation is of great significance for promoting enterprise development and enhancing enterprise value. This paper takes Bank A's asset custody business as the research object, explores its digital transformation, and analyzes its development history in combination with the development process of Bank A's digital transformation and the development of its asset custody business operating platform. The current situation of its digital transformation is analyzed from four aspects: strategic thinking, asset custody operation planning, data governance and fintech construction. Through the combination of nine management to select appropriate indicators to establish the evaluation system, from the internal environment and external environment to analyze the problem. The strategic choice is made through the SWOT analysis. Firstly, the SWOT analysis is carried out on the four dimensions of the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the digital transformation of the asset custody business of Bank A, and the appropriate choice of SO strategy or ST strategy is obtained. In addition, the SWOT analysis results are summarized into different indicators, and some employees related to the internal business of Bank A are selected for questionnaire survey, and the survey results are quantified through AHP analysis. On the one hand, SWOT conclusions are verified, and on the other hand, cognitive biases between the strategy makers and the employees who implement the strategy are avoided. Finally, it is concluded that its strategic development should be biased towards SO growth strategy. In addition, according to the results of the research, it makes suggestions from three aspects: strengthening operation technology construction, comprehensively reducing operation risk and strengthening operation team construction. Based on the research on the digital transformation of the asset custody business of Bank A, this paper aims to summarize the relevant experience and methods through the advanced development results of the banking industry's digital transformation and the results of the digital transformation under the operation of the asset custody business, identify the shortcomings, and find the direction worthy of practice for its further development. | |
