中文摘要：	数字化的应用、数字化的转型、数字化的升级，并不是在写字楼内、工厂里、车间里、云端潜行，也不只是在程序员与工程师的电脑中、Excel表里、应用程序中跳跃，而是实实在在地呈现在经济运行的每个环节、个人生活的每个场景里，让经济运转更高效，让人生活得更舒适，工作得更便捷。 在数字化时代，促进数字技术与实体经济的深度融合已成为各行各业的趋势。国家级标杆的会展项目如广交会、互联网大会等纷纷采取线上线下融合的举办形式，让会展产业的韧性和数字化能力得到提升。本研究从管理学的角度出发，探讨政府大型会展数字化服务策略的改进，并结合我国大型会展业具体案例，对数字化如何与会展服务上的主要环节做深度融合，以推进传统会展业服务数字化这一问题进行相对细致的分析和论述。 本研究提出了政府大型会展服务的数字化、精细化、一体化原则，实现立体化综合化发展的高质量会展服务。围绕客户价值，利用数字化工具制定数字化策略，部署顶层设计，采用数字化服务方向，打造一个线上线下相结合的一站式服务平台。同时，提出了政府大型会展分布式模块化项目服务、全周期项目服务、整合营销传播服务和个性化项目服务的会展数字化服务策略的改进方案。通过五种技术赋能会展数字化服务策略的改进，依靠“管理、技术、人才”等保障措施全面推进会展数字化策略的改进。希望本研究能够为今后M公司大型会展项目服务提供启发和思路，并作用于更多的同行业企业。有价值的数字化探索，是在探寻一种更加美好的工作、生活以及治理状态的可能性。随着技术不断发展，只要以人为本、科技向善，就有让美好的可能性绽放的机会。
英文摘要：	Digital application, digital transformation, and digital upgrade are not creeping in office buildings, factories, workshops, and clouds, nor are they just jumping in the computers of programmers and engineers, Excel tables, and applications, but are actually present in every link of economic operation and every scene of personal life to make economic operation more efficient. Make people live more comfortable and work more convenient. In the digital era, promoting the deep integration of digital technology and the real economy has become a trend in all walks of life. National benchmark exhibition projects such as the Canton Fair and Internet Conference have adopted the form of online and offline integration, so that the resilience and digital ability of the exhibition industry has been improved. From the perspective of management science, this study discusses the government's large-scale exhibition digital services, and combines the specific cases of China's large-scale exhibition industry to deeply integrate the digitalization with the main links of exhibition services, so as to promote the digitalization of traditional exhibition industry services. Further clarify the principles of large-scale exhibition services of the government, achieve the digitization, refinement and integration of exhibition services, and achieve three-dimensional and comprehensive development of high-quality exhibition services. At the same time, the paper puts forward the exhibition digital service solutions of distributed modular project service, full cycle project service and integrated marketing communication service of government large-scale exhibition. This study puts forward the principles of digitization, refinement and integration of large-scale government exhibition services to achieve three-dimensional and comprehensive development of high-quality exhibition services. Focusing on customer value, we use digital tools to develop digital strategies, deploy top-level design, adopt digital service direction, and create a one-stop service platform combining online and offline. At the same time, put forward the government large-scale exhibition distributed modular project service, full cycle project service, integrated marketing communication service, personalized project service of the exhibition digital service strategy improvement scheme. Through five technologies to enable the improvement of exhibition digital service strategy, relying on "management, technology, talent" and other safeguard measures to comprehensively promote the improvement of exhibition digital strategy. It is hoped that this study can provide inspiration and ideas for M company's large-scale exhibition project service in the future, and be used for more enterprises in the same industry. The valuable digital exploration is to explore the possibility of a better state of work, life and governance. With the continuous development of technology, as long as people are oriented and technology is good, there is an opportunity for beautiful possibilities to bloom.
