中文摘要: | 摘要 飞机起落架拆装设备作为航空保障设备的重要组成部分,其质量和风险管理显得尤其重要。航空保障性设备的研制涉及到多个专业,所以该类项目有很高的技术含量和风险性。近几年,H公司尝试建立风险管理体系,但运行起来十分困难。同时,H公司目前项目技术要求高,产品种类繁杂,交付节点要求紧张,同时受内外部资源的影响,项目的推进过程中充满着各种风险和困难。此外,军工系统公司竞争十分激烈,如不能在其中脱颖而出,后面和军方合作的机会会更少,公司业务下降利益受损。因此有必要建立适合H公司的项目风险管理体系。 本文首先通过查阅国内外项目风险管理相关的文献和公司以往研发项目的过程资料,学习到国内外项目风险管理的研究现状。在此理论基础上,本文以飞机起落架拆装设备项目作为研究对象,对项目的风险进行识别。通过收集和整理相关数据,并通过层次分析法等风险管理工具和方法,系统地分析和评估该项目的风险。在此基础上,制定了对应的风险应对方案,很大程度的降低了风险的发生概率和造成的损失,减少了项目风险带来的损失。 最后,通过对起落架拆装设备项目风险管理研究对该项目进行归纳,总结出适合H公司研发项目的项目风险管理体系,进一步提升公司对项目风险管理的能力,为今后项目决策提供科学的参考。 | |
英文摘要: | Abstract As an important part of aviation support equipment, the disassembly and installation equipment for aircraft landing gear requires particular attention to quality and risk management. The development of aviation support equipment involves multiple specialties, making such projects technically challenging and risky. In recent years, Company H has attempted to establish a risk management system, but it has encountered significant difficulties in its implementation. Currently, Company H faces high technical requirements, a wide variety of products, tight delivery schedules, and various risks and challenges throughout the project due to internal and external resource influences. Additionally, competition within the defense industry is fierce, and if Company H fails to stand out, it will have fewer opportunities for cooperation with the military, resulting in a decline in business and financial loss. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a project risk management system suitable for Company H. This article first reviews domestic and international literature on project risk management and examines the process documentation of Company H's previous research and development projects to understand the current state of project risk management. Based on this theoretical foundation, the article focuses on the disassembly and installation equipment for aircraft landing gear as the research subject and identifies the risks associated with the project. By collecting and organizing relevant data and using risk management tools and methods such as the Analytic Hierarchy Process, the article systematically analyzes and evaluates the risks of the project. Based on this analysis, corresponding risk response plans are formulated, which greatly reduce the probability and impact of risks and minimize the losses caused by project risks. Finally, this research on risk management for the disassembly and installation equipment project provides a summary and deduces a project risk management system suitable for Company H's research and development projects. This system enhances the company's ability to manage project risks and provides a scientific reference for future project decision-making. | |
