| 中文摘要: | 私人银行业务2007年在我国正式开展起来,伴随着近几年疫情和资本市场洗礼以及高净值人群当前风险偏好、财富目标、财富安全等需求的转变,私人银行业务也迎来了巨大的挑战与机遇。从市场空间看,2022年中国居民个人金融总资产接近250万亿,2032年将接近600万亿。未来私人银行业务是重要的着力点,每个居民的资产结构将加速由存款向非存款转化,权益类资产提升是重要方向,保障类配置空间巨大。从竞争格局看,同业均在零售上集结重兵,大零售、大财富已经成为多家银行发展的关键词。为了迎接这一划时代的发展阶段,私人银行业务既要结合国情寻找路径,也要善于从全球领先机构的发展历程中汲取优秀经验。 随着资管新规正式落地实施,中国财富管理市场更加成熟。同时伴随着客户需求分化,市场竞争加剧,高净值人群选择或新增私人财富管理机构时,最关键的考量因素可归纳为专业度和产品。其中专业度包括了投顾人员的专业度、客户经理对市场变化响应敏捷度,产品包括了收益稳健性、类别范围丰富性和专业创新性。 为此,本文一共分为七章,深入分析了在国内商业银行系私人银行业务领域具有代表性的Z银行私人银行业务。首先,介绍案例企业私人银行业务的基本发展情况。其次,运用了“三层次理论”即:市场策略层、价值流程层、资源能力层,分别对Z银行私人银行业务当前的策略及主要问题进行了分析。最后,结合当前三层次策略及主要问题分析,本文给出了未来可优化的私人银行业务发展策略,即市场策略层:1)从个人需求延伸到家庭-企业-社会需求;2)提供咨询类等其他金融服务;3)境内外配置的资产全链条服务。价值流程层:1)提升全过程的价值提升;2)细分主要场景的价值流程。资源能力层:1)数字化能力提升;2)投研能力的提升;3)加强人力资源更新换代的能力。 | |
| 英文摘要: | In 2007, the private banking business started in our country, accompanied by the epidemic in recent years and the baptism of the capital market, as well as the current high-net-worth population risk preferences, wealth goals, wealth security and other needs of the transformation, there are also huge challenges and opportunities for private banking. Looking at the market space, the total personal financial assets of Chinese residents will approach 250 trillion yuan in 2022, and the 2032 will approach 600 trillion yuan. In the future, private banking is an important focus, and the asset structure of each resident will accelerate the transformation from deposit to non-deposit. From the perspective of the competitive structure, the industry has gathered heavy troops in retail, Big Retail, big wealth has become the key word for the development of a number of banks. In order to meet this epoch-making stage of development, we need to find ways to adapt to our national conditions, but also be good at learning from the development of leading global institutions. With the formal implementation of new capital management regulations, China's wealth management market is more mature. At the same time, with the divergence of the demand for accommodation and the increasing competition in the market, the most critical factors for high net worth individuals to choose or add private wealth management agencies can be summarized as the degree of specialization and products. The degree of professionalism includes the degree of professionalism of the investment staff, the degree of agility of the customer manager to the market changes, and the product includes the robustness of the revenue, the richness of the category range and the professional innovation. Therefore, this article is divided into eight chapters, deeply analyzes the representative z bank private banking business in the domestic commercial bank system private banking business field. First of all, by introducing the case of private banking business of the basic development. Secondly, using the"Three-level theory": market strategy level, value process level, and resource capability level, this paper analyzes the current strategy and main problems of Z Bank's private banking. Finally, combining with the current three-level strategy and the analysis of the main problems, this paper gives the optimal development strategy of private banking in the future, market strategy layer: 1) extending from personal needs to family-business-social needs 2) providing other financial services such as consulting 3) domestic and foreign allocation of assets full chain services. Value process layer: 1) enhance the value of the whole process of promotion 2) subdivide the main scenario of the value process.
