中文摘要:随着数字化技术的快速发展,如物联网、人工智能、大数据分析和云计算等,制造业有了更多先进的工具来提升企业生产效率,并且数字化工具能够帮助企业更好地满足市场需求,提供定制化产品,能够更迅速地调整生产交付效率,保持企业保持竞争力。本论文以ZL公司工业互联网平台产品发展战略为研究对象,以传统制造业数字化转型为研究根基,旨在深入分析、探讨该公司在工业互联网领域的竞争优势、发展机遇和面临的挑战。通过对工业互联网市场背景和趋势的研究,结合ZL公司自身的实践经验和案例,验证了工业互联网平台产品发展的关键因素与影响因素。本研究采用定性的研究方法,使用波特竞争战略理论、SWOT分析法、PEST 分析法等,旨在为ZL公司制定有效的业务发展战略提供理论支持和实践指导。另外也对产品的内部环境、内部资源、外部环境、竞争态势等多维度进行分析,探讨该公司工业互联网平台产品的发展优劣势、相应的机会以及可能遇到的威胁,以此提出ZL公司工业互联网平台产品的发展战略选择、战略目标制定以及战略实施的保障措施。 研究发现,ZL公司在工业互联网平台产品面临的挑战包括技术要求的不断变化、定制化能力的提升、产品集成的复杂性、竞争对手的增多以及数据安全的保障。当然,虽然存在各种挑战,但ZL公司也拥有众多机遇,如市场需求的增长、国家政策对于工业互联网领域发展的支持,新兴市场的开拓和技术创新的推动。基于这些发现,本研究提出了针对性的差异化发展战略建议,以帮助ZL公司在竞争激烈的环境中提升工业互联网平台产品的竞争力和市场份额占有率。 本研究的意义在于为ZL公司自身及其他同类型的科技公司提供有益的经验和指导,推动工业互联网平台领域的发展和创新。同时,本研究也为学术界提供了关于工业互联网平台产品发展的新见解新思路和理论支持。最后,本研究的实施有望促进经济增长、社会进步和可持续发展,为传统制造业的数字化转型和智能化升级提供重要支持。 
英文摘要:With the rapid development of digital technologies such as the Internet of Things , artificial intelligence, big data analytics, and cloud computing, the manufacturing industry has gained access to a plethora of advanced tools to enhance enterprise production efficiency. Additionally, digital tools assist businesses in better meeting market demands by providing customized products and facilitating quicker adjustments in production and delivery processes, thus enabling companies to maintain their competitiveness. This thesis takes the business development strategy of ZL Corporation's industrial Internet platform as the research object, aims to analyze and discuss the competitive advantages, development opportunities and challenges of ZL Corporation in the field of industrial Internet. By studying the background and trend of the industrial Internet market, combined with ZL's own practical experience and case, the key factors and influencing factors of the business development of the industrial Internet platform are verified. This study adopts qualitative research methods such as Porter Competitive Strategy Theory, SWOT Analysis and PEST Analysis to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for ZL to develop effective business development strategies. In addition, this paper analyzes the internal environment, internal resources, external environment and competitive situation of ZL's industrial Internet platform products, discusses the advantages and disadvantages of ZL's industrial Internet platform products, corresponding opportunities and possible threats, and puts forward the selection of ZL's business development strategy, the formulation of its strategic objectives and the safeguard measures for its implementation. ZL's challenges in industrial Internet platform products include changing technology requirements, increased customization capabilities, complexity of product integration, growth of competitors, and data security, the study found. Of course, despite the challenges, ZL also has many opportunities, such as increased market demand, support from national policies for the development of the industrial Internet, exploration of emerging markets and technological innovation. Based on these findings, this study proposes targeted differentiated development strategies to help ZL improve the competitiveness and market share of industrial Internet platform products in a competitive environment. The purpose of this study is to provide useful experience and guidance to ZL and other types of technology companies to drive development and innovation in the field of industrial Internet platforms. At the same time, the research also provides new insights and theoretical support to the academic community on the business development of industrial Internet platforms. Finally, the implementation of this research is expected to promote economic growth, social progress and sustainable development, and provide important support for the digital transformation and intelligent upgrading of traditional manufacturing.
