中文摘要:医疗器械行业在医疗保健领域中扮演着举足轻重的角色,其涵盖了包括医疗设备、高值耗材、低值耗材与体外诊断等多个领域,随着全球人口老龄化、慢性疾病患者年轻化趋势的加剧,以及民众医疗健康意识的不断提升,医疗器械行业受到了广泛关注。特别是在新冠肺炎疫情爆发的背景下,医疗器械行业的重要性更加凸显。在中国,国家政策的鼓励以及新材料、新技术的涌现进一步推动了医疗器械行业的发展。然而,随着后疫情时代的到来,医疗器械企业面临着如何应时而变、制定有效的竞争战略的重要课题。 本文以天津九安医疗电子股份有限公司为研究对象,试图提出医疗器械企业竞争战略的制定框架与实施路径。为此,本文首先系统地归纳了企业战略管理、PEST分析、波特五力模型分析等竞争战略相关理论与方法。接着,阐述了天津九安医疗电子股份有限公司的成长历程、主要业务以及当前面临的主要问题,揭示了其制定竞争战略的必要性。在此基础上,本文对其进行了内外部环境分析、价值链分析以及SWOT分析。通过上述分析,本文提出了天津九安医疗公司的差异化战略定位与战略内容。为了实施这一差异化战略,本文从确定差异化要素与创新开发、市场定位与渠道、以用户为中心与数据推动决策等方面提出了具体的实施策略。最后,本文从资金财务、人力资源、供应链管理、组织与文化等四方面提出了差异化竞争战略的保障措施。 本文尝试为天津九安医疗电子股份有限公司提升其竞争实力提供建议,也试图为其他医疗器械企业提供制定竞争战略的实践经验借鉴。此外,本文的研究成果对于相关部门和机构也具有一定的参考价值,有助于其了解医疗器械行业的竞争态势和发展趋势,从而更好地推动医疗器械行业的发展。 
英文摘要:The medical device industry plays a crucial role in the healthcare field, covering various sectors including medical equipment, high-value consumables, low-value consumables, and in vitro diagnostics. With the global aging population, the trend of younger chronic disease patients, and the continuous improvement of the public's awareness of healthcare, the medical device industry has attracted widespread attention. Especially in the context of the outbreak of COVID-19, the importance of the medical device industry has become even more prominent. In China, national policies and the emergence of new materials and technologies have further promoted the development of the medical device industry. However, with the advent of the post-pandemic era, medical device companies are facing important issues of how to adapt and formulate effective competitive strategies. This thesis takes Andon Health Co., Ltd. as the research object, attempting to propose a framework and implementation path for formulating competitive strategies for medical device companies. To this end, this thesis first systematically summarizes relevant theories and methods of competitive strategy, such as corporate strategic management, PEST analysis, Porter's Five Forces model analysis, etc. Then, it elaborates on the growth history, main business, and current main problems of Andon Health Co., Ltd., revealing the necessity of formulating a competitive strategy. On this basis, this thesis conducts an internal and external environmental analysis, value chain analysis, and SWOT analysis of the company. Through the above analysis, this thesis proposes Andon Health Co., Ltd.'s differentiated strategic positioning and strategic content. In order to implement this differentiation strategy, this thesis proposes specific implementation strategies from aspects such as determining differentiation elements and innovative development, market positioning and channels, user-centered and data-driven decision-making. Finally, this thesis proposes safeguard measures for differentiated competitive strategies from four aspects: financial capital, human resources, supply chain management, organization and culture. This thesis attempts to provide suggestions for Andon Health Co., Ltd. to enhance its competitive strength, and also tries to provide practical experience for other medical device companies in formulating competitive strategies. In addition, the research results of this thesis also have certain reference value for relevant departments and institutions, helping them to understand the competition situation and development trend of the medical device industry, so as to better promote the development of the medical device industry.
