中文摘要：	风能作为推动全球能源结构转型的重要可再生资源，是我国实现“碳中和”目标的重要解决方案之一，风电行业的未来发展潜力巨大，越来越多的大型企业参与到抢夺风电市场这场激烈的竞争中来。但是国家能源局新能源与可再生能源司曾在2017年表示，风电行业经过数十年的发展，需要在诸多新能源行业中率先摆脱对政府补贴的依赖，并要求风电行业在2020年-2022年通过分类型、分领域、分区域的思路逐渐实现不依赖政府补贴进行发展。目前风电补贴在2022年已经全面取消，风电正式进入平价时代，风电行业竞争加剧，如何在如此激烈竞争中的环境中生存下来将是每个风电企业面临的主要问题，有效的进行财务风险识别和控制也是每个风电企业面临的主要任务。J公司是我国风电行业中常年排名前列的龙头企业，2021年在国内风电市场份额第一，在全球风电市场份额占第二，2022年更是一举拿下全球风电市场份额第一的头名，在国内乃至全球具有领先地位，具有很强的行业代表性。但是在近几年风电竞争加剧的背景下，J公司近两年也经历着营业收入下滑的困境，内部经营管理不能面面俱到，财务风险逐渐显著。本文将以J公司为风电行业在当前背景下的研究案例，阐述J公司财务风险管理的现状，识别与分析评价J公司目前存在的主要财务风险，分析J公司目前存在的财务风险产生原因，并提出对应的控制措施，以保障风电行业的健康有序发展。 本文以J公司为案例研究对象，运用文献研究、案例分析法、对比分析三种研究方法，对J公司目前存在的财务风险点进行识别、分析并提出相关控制措施。第一章是说明本文的研究背景和研究意义，阐述国内外对财务风险及财务风险管理研究现状，论述本文的研究内容、研究方法、技术路线以及研究意义。第二章阐述财务风险相关概念，以及相关理论基础概述。第三章对风电行业的现状、J公司基础经营情况进行介绍，以及阐述J公司目前财务风险管理现状。第四章是识别J公司目前存在的财务风险，并对形成原因进行详细分析。第五章对第四章所发现的财务风险提出控制措施。第六章是本文的结论、研究的不足之处以及未来的展望。
英文摘要：	As an important renewable resource to promote the transformation of the global energy structure, wind energy is one of the important solutions to achieve the goal of "carbon neutrality" in China. The future development potential of wind power industry is huge, and more and more large enterprises are participating in the fierce competition to seize the wind power market. However, the New energy and renewable Energy Department of the National Energy Administration said in 2017 that the wind power industry, after decades of development, needs to take the lead in many new energy industries to get rid of the dependence on government subsidies, and requires the wind power industry to gradually achieve development without relying on government subsidies through types, fields and regions in 2020-2022. At present, wind power subsidies have been completely cancelled in 2022, wind power officially entered the era of parity, wind power industry competition has intensified, how to survive in such a fierce competition environment will be the main problem faced by each wind power enterprise, and effective financial risk identification and control is also the main task faced by each wind power enterprise. J Company is the perennial ranking of the leading enterprises in China's wind power industry, in 2021 in the domestic wind power market share of the first, in the global wind power market share of the second, in 2022 is to win the global wind power market share of the first, in the domestic and even the world's leading position, with a strong industry representation. However, in the context of intensified competition in wind power in recent years, J Company has also experienced the dilemma of declining operating income in the past two years, and its internal operation and management cannot cover all aspects, and its financial risks are gradually significant. This paper will take Company J as a case study of the wind power industry under the current background, elaborate the current situation of financial risk management of Company J, identify and analyze the main financial risks existing in Company J, analyze the causes of financial risks existing in Company J, and propose corresponding control measures to ensure the healthy and orderly development of the wind power industry. Taking Company J as the case study object, this paper uses three research methods, namely literature research, case analysis and comparative analysis, to identify and analyze the current financial risk points of Company J and put forward relevant control measures. The first chapter explains the research background and significance of this paper, expounds the domestic and foreign research status of financial risk and financial risk management, and discusses the research content, research methods, technical routes and research significance of this paper. The second chapter describes the concepts related to financial risk, as well as an overview of the relevant theoretical basis. The third chapter introduces the current situation of wind power industry, the basic operation of J Company, and expounds the current status of J Company's financial risk management. The fourth chapter is to identify the current financial risks of J Company and analyze the causes in detail. The fifth chapter puts forward the control measures for the financial risks found in the fourth chapter. The sixth chapter is the conclusion of this paper, the shortcomings of the research and the prospect of the future.
