中文摘要: 就业是最大的民生。大学生作为就业市场中的参与主体,与招聘单位之间存在一定的信息差,就业信息是其最需要的信息服务。微信作为当下主流的社交类服务软件,已成为企业招聘和人才获取的重要渠道。在该背景下,探究大学生在微信平台分享就业信息的特征及影响因素,明确当前就业信息服务存在的问题并加以改进,以缓解大学生的就业难题,是一个重要议题。 本研究首先通过文献梳理构建微信平台大学生就业信息分享的初始模型,在此基础上设计访谈,招募了18位有就业信息分享经历的受访者,通过访谈、文本编码了解大学生分享就业信息的过程,探究可能影响大学生分享就业信息的因素,并基于分析结果对初始模型进行调整,构建微信平台大学生就业信息分享研究模型。然后通过问卷调查开展大规模调研,了解大学生在微信平台分享就业信息的过程特征,发现大学生在分享过程中呈现出较为明显的共性特征,用人单位官网不再是大学生获取就业信息的第一选择,以微信公众号为代表的网络信息源成为大学生获取信息的主要渠道。然而,在此过程中会出现一些问题阻碍大学生的信息分享,即信息表达不明、信息过载、信息滞后、信息组织不足。此外,本研究通过路径分析方法对微信平台大学生就业信息分享研究模型进行验证,发现信息质量、系统质量、利他、信任对大学生分享就业信息的正向影响是显著的。 本研究着眼于微信平台的大学就业信息分享,从大学生、用人单位等多个角度提出相关建议措施,希望能为就业市场提供更好的信息服务,促进大学生分享就业信息提供一些依据。 
英文摘要: Employment is the biggest livelihood. As a participant in the job market, there is a certain information gap between college students and recruiters, and employment information is the most needed information service. Wechat, as a mainstream social service software, has become an important channel for enterprises to recruit and acquire talents. In this context, it is an important issue to explore the characteristics and influencing factors of college students' sharing of employment information on wechat, identify the existing problems in the current employment information service, and make improvements to alleviate the employment problems of college students. Firstly, this study constructs an initial model of college students' employment information sharing on wechat platform through literature review. On this basis, interviews are designed and 18 interviewees with employment information sharing experience are recruited to understand the process of college students' employment information sharing through interviews and text coding, and to explore the factors that may affect college students' employment information sharing. Based on the analysis results, the initial model is adjusted to build a research model of college student employment information sharing on wechat platform. Then, a large-scale survey is carried out through questionnaire survey to understand the process characteristics of college students sharing employment information on wechat platform, and it is found that college students show obvious common characteristics in the sharing process. The official website of employers is no longer the first choice for college students to obtain employment information, and the network information source represented by wechat public number has become the main channel for college students to obtain information. However, in this process, there will be some problems that hinder the information sharing of college students, namely, unclear information expression, information overload, information lag and insufficient information organization. In addition, this study verifies the research model of college students' employment information sharing on wechat platform through path analysis method, and finds that information quality, system quality, altruism and trust have significant positive effects on college students' employment information sharing. This study focuses on the sharing of university employment information on wechat platform, and puts forward relevant suggestions and measures from multiple perspectives such as college students and employers, hoping to provide better information services for the job market and provide some basis for promoting college students to share employment information.
