中文摘要:随着消费者的消费结构、习惯、水平改变,零售业在商业模式方面也进行了相应的变革创新。在成熟的线上线下零售体系联合推动下,电商零售红利消退,通过人工智能的应用、物联网、云计算等技术驱动重新定义了“人”、“货”、“场”三要素,零售行业正从传统的“人找货”模式向“货找人”的新型业务模式转变。 当前全渠道零售背景下企业的销售渠道增多,快消品价格越来越透明,管理者逐渐将关注点转向作为“第三利润点”的供应链成本管理,如何通过成本管理创造新的增长点成为了企业管理者主要思考的问题。在全渠道零售背景下企业的销售渠道增多,快消品的集约化供应链布局模式,特别是包含多级仓储网络、多级运输及配送网络、日常供应链运营管理及成本管理等环节,成为了企业供应链管理及成本管理方面关注的重点。 本文通过收集并整理相关研究文献,形成论文的研究基础,同时引入A零售公司作为案例研究对象,运用访谈研究法、案例研究法、定量分析法,首先陈述了A零售公司快消品零售业务现状,并分别从采购环节、仓储环节、运配环节、客户管理环节和内部管理环节,分析了A零售公司快消品供应链成本管理现存问题及产生原因;其次,基于智能预测体系搭建、一体化销售和运营、智能采购过程管理、多级联合库存规划、创新仓配模式试点、库内改造试点、运配融合网络优化、运配智能路径优化、客户及内部管理等维度,进行了A零售公司快消品供应链成本管理方案说明;最后,针对采购环节、仓储环节、运配环节、用户管理及企业管理等其他环节输出针对A零售公司快消品供应链成本管理的效益分析及成本管理建议。 
英文摘要:With the changes in consumer consumption structure, habits, and levels, the retail industry has also undergone corresponding changes and innovations in business models. Under the joint promotion of a mature online and offline retail system, the dividends of e-commerce retail have subsided. Driven by technologies such as artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, and cloud computing, the three elements of "people", "goods", and "market" have been redefined. The retail industry is transitioning from the traditional "people looking for goods" model to a new business model of "goods looking for people". In the current context of omnichannel retail, the sales channels of enterprises are increasing, and the prices of fast-moving consumer goods are becoming increasingly transparent. Managers are gradually shifting their focus to supply chain cost management as the "third profit point". How to create new growth points through cost management has become the main concern of enterprise managers. In the context of omnichannel retail, the sales channels of enterprises have increased, and the intensive supply chain layout model of fast-moving consumer goods, especially including multi-level warehousing networks, multi-level transportation and distribution networks, daily supply chain operation management and cost management, has become a focus of attention in enterprise supply chain management and cost management. This article collects and organizes relevant research literature to form the research foundation of the paper. At the same time, A Retail Company is introduced as a case study object. By using interview research, case study, and quantitative analysis methods, the current situation of A Retail Company's fast-moving consumer goods retail business is first stated, and it is divided into procurement, warehousing, transportation and distribution, customer management, and internal management, Analyzed the existing problems and causes of cost management in the fast moving consumer goods supply chain of A retail company; Secondly, based on the dimensions of building an intelligent prediction system, integrated sales and operation, intelligent procurement process management, multi-level joint inventory planning, innovative warehouse allocation model pilot, warehouse transformation pilot, operation and distribution integration network optimization, operation and distribution intelligent path optimization, customer and internal management, A retail company's fast moving consumer goods supply chain cost management plan was explained; Finally, for other links such as procurement, warehousing, transportation and distribution, user management, and enterprise management, output the benefit analysis and cost management suggestions for A Retail Company's fast moving consumer goods supply chain cost management.
