中文摘要: 在全球范围内,普惠金融理念的兴起下,肯尼亚银行业正迎来快速的发展 与变革阶段。在这个背景下,肯尼亚各家银行积极推动数字化转型,旨在提供 更为便捷高效的银行服务。数字支付、移动银行、互联网银行等数字化解决方 案在肯尼亚银行业得到广泛应用,为客户提供了更多的选择和便利。然而,受 到非洲本土的整体IT技术水平限制,肯尼亚的银行业不得不采购来自欧美及中 国供应商的相关产品,并进行本地化定制,以实现这些产品的快速应用。在这 种多国家、多文化和不同时区的现实背景下,高效的项目管理方法显得尤为至 关重要。 本文通过文献研究法、案例分析法和专家调查法等多种方法,深入论述了 传统的软件管理瀑布模型、敏捷开发以及敏捷管理工具等理论。并对国内外软 件开发研究现状进行了分析。同时,对M公司项目管理现状和问题进行了深入 分析,归纳总结了M公司跨国银行项目管理中存在的问题与痛点。针对这些问 题和痛点,运用敏捷开发的思路基于Scrum框架设计了解决方案,并且通过对 敏捷方法的裁剪与改进,形成了M公司这类项目管理的最佳实践。并以MN项 目为例,实施了该改进的项目管理方法,得出了敏捷方法的优势,即通过迭代 和增量交付使项目能够更快速地响应变化、适应市场需求并提高工作效率。敏 捷方法通过持续反馈和优先级管理,确保项目团队集中精力于关键需求,交付 高价值的功能。然而,同时也带来了一些挑战,例如文化转变、领导支持以及 技术能力等方面的问题。 希望本文中介绍的敏捷开发方法能够为类似项目的实施提供有益的经验和 启发。同时,也要认识到研究的局限性,这也指出了未来值得深入研究的方向 
英文摘要: In the wake of the global rise of the inclusive finance concept, Kenya's banking industry is undergoing rapid development and transformation. Against this backdrop, Kenyan banks are actively promoting digital transformation with the aim of providing more convenient and efficient banking services. Digital solutions such as digital payments, mobile banking, and internet banking are widely adopted in the Kenyan banking industry, offering customers more choices and convenience. However, due to limitations in the overall IT technological landscape in Africa, Kenyan banks have had to procure relevant products from suppliers in Europe, the United States, and China and customize them locally for rapid deployment. In this context, efficient project management methods become crucial, given the diverse countries, cultures, and time zones involved. This essay employs various methods, including literature review, case analysis, and questionnaire surveys, to delve into theories such as the traditional software management waterfall model, agile development, and agile management tools. It also analyzes the current status of software development research both domestically and internationally. Simultaneously, it conducts an in-depth analysis of the project management status and issues at Company M, summarizing the problems and pain points in cross-border project management at Company M. Addressing these issues and pain points, the paper designs a solution based on the agile development approach using the Scrum framework and tailors and improves the agile methods, forming the best practices for project management in projects similar to those at Company M. Using the MN project as an example, the paper implements this improved project management approach and highlights the advantages of the agile approach, namely, the ability to respond to changes more rapidly, adapt to market demands, and enhance work efficiency through iterative and incremental deliveries. The agile approach ensures that project teams focus on critical requirements and deliver high-value functionalities through continuous feedback and priority management. However, it also brings forth challenges, such as cultural transformation, leadership support, and technical capabilities. It is hoped that the agile development methods presented in this paper can provide valuable experiences and insights for the implementation of similar projects. Nevertheless, it is essential to recognize the limitations of this research, which also points out directions worthy of further exploration in the future.
